    I paid 3,870$ (half of the total amount) for three custom drapes and one custom pair of curtains, shears for all windows, hardware for the drapes and shears and installation of all on 8/29/23. ***** and Ms. ******* ***** came to my home and measures the drapes, and I chose the fabric. I do not have the drapes. I have been told the drapes are finished by Ms. ****** but ***** has said there was some work needing to be done. ***** has set times for installation numerous times and does not show up. He is now not responding to text or phone calls. Ms. ***** has not returned calls. I have visited the address which is a home that appears unoccupied.
