This scammer attracted me by their website **************** They sounded ;legit and their website looked professional. I wound up sending them 850 of the total we agreed upon of 1100. I was suppose to give over $250 more and we we were suppose to exchange in his residence so I could see the mother of the dog. I showed up at the Baltimore address and there was no John ***** there or anyone who had any dogs. Rather it was a home where criminals were housed to be reprogrammed in the public. On that day the phone number given was down. the next day I called a couple of times and of course there is no answer. He uses Google phone and can choose to answer or not.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: We have shown multiple proofs that the owners had intentions of defrauding.  All the emails, text messages copy of contract and confirmation in text messages about receiving money and demanding more are proven.

    Sincerely,

    Paul ***********
