    I paid for a Mega Volume Lash set. The lash tech did not isolate correctly. My eyes are irritated and my lashes are falling out. I went to go get it fixed and it still ended up the same way.

    My client *** ******** came on January 29th to get her lash extensions done. When she came to her appointment she had lash extensions on her eyes already so she needed a removal, while I was removing her lash extensions her natural eyelashes were coming out since its something called a growth cycle. I told her this while I was doing the removal. We finished her set and she loved them. Constantly posting her lashes on social media. She came back on February 4th for me to add more lash fans because some came out, which is normal. While I was taking a look at her social media I noticed that she wears excessive makeup that includes oil every single day. Using oils on or around your lash extensions and not cleaning your lash extensions with lash shampoo and properly taking caring of them will cause the lash extensions to clump up. February 12th comes and she came asking me for a full refund for her service which was well over 2 weeks ago and I politely told her that I do not do refunds after 24 hours! Any concerns about your lashes I am open to fix anything, which I did on February 4th. Wearing makeup everyday and not washing your extensions is not the proper way to take care of your lash extensions.

    Im sorry in my last message I noted that I do not do refunds after 24 hours I meant to say I dont do refunds after 2 weeks. You have ********************** with any problems about the extensions and I am willing to fix anything.
