    On 3/9/24 I ordered pizza from this domino’s location 5815 Johnnycake Rd, Baltimore, MD 21207 I have never seen a business more poorly run.

    Employees and Manager/Owner were extremely rude to myself and other customers
    The food was ice cold and inedible I can’t get a response from domino’s.

    I submitted my case through the “customer care team” I’ve tried calling, I’ve reached out on instagram and tik tok as well and I still can’t get a response. I want my money back for the terrible food I received. I have pictures to show what I ordered and would like to be contacted by someone as soon as possible.

    I ordered pizza for delivery on 10/28/22 but it never arrived. The tracker on the website said it had been delivered but no one had come. I tried to call the business, but the call would not go through and then I went to the store. The employees at the store told me my order had been lost but, because the store does not have a working phone, they could not call and had not intended to remake the order if I had not come to the store. They offered me a refund and a $20 store credit. One employee (who did not speak to me but whom I presume was a manager) typed on the computer while looking at my receipt and then walked away. The employee who had been helping me then told me I had gotten a refund of $38.33 and a $20 credit to my "rewards" account. She then handed me the receipt for my order but no documentation of the refund or the credit, I have received neither.
