      02/13/25 I paid 65 dollars for fingerprints for a new job. I had to leave early from my current job because the first time the prints didn't read and then I went back and to take them again. I called them (customer support) this morning 2/19/25 and they said they couldn't read my finger prints. I then called the finger printing place and asked for a refund because I paid ************************************************************************ They said they don't do refunds and I could come back and try again but I will not go back for a THIRD time and have it fail again. I'm waiting on these fingerprints for my new job and this is stalling it severely.i just want a refund since i have no processed prints

      We are not affiliated with Biometrics Identity 1 in ******* or **************. While the names may be similar, that is an entirely separate business with different ownership, management, and EIN.
