    They have pretty much taken money with no approval. I signed up for service the end of June, they brought my dumpster 6/30 then claimed they dumped it 7/3 which I dont believe and wanted me to pay full price. My bill is supposed to be $111.12 I paid monthly (August through November) including two late fees for a total of $465, they kept billing me for $600 then suspended my service . I talked with a **** 3 times, and she promised me they would not would not take any money out of my card but they did today, $319.45

    Good morning,
    I will go over your bill here, and also send an email. Please review and then remove your post. The first thing I would mention is that you can look at your account statement via our website under customer login, also a statement was emailed to you yesterday. Also there is live online chat each day 7AM to 7PM that can explain this to you. You had a declined payment, you had received the past due statements and suspension notices and reached out to ****. You had given a new credit card and asked **** if we would wave the late fees. She said she would talk to your sales person for approval. That was Wednesday, Friday your sales person approved removing the late fees and ran your new credit card payment for the open balance and send you an updated statement. You will see a Statement in your email to review as we can not post a image or PDF here.

    First of all, this appears to be the same business as listed in your pull down menu but the address/contact info currently (from my ******** is: Total Waste, **** **************** Suite ** ******** ****** ** XXXXX, Phone: ************* We signed the contract, they dropped off their 2 yd dumpster and weekly pickup service began March 2022. Thursday was the pickup day. All went well including an instance when entry access for pickup was blocked in August, they returned Saturday for pickup. However, despite our account being current and paid up, OUR TRASH HASN'T BEEN PICKED UP IN 4 WEEKS LEAVING US AT RISK OF RECEIVING A CITATION AND FINES!!! Numerous repeated phone calls and voice mail messages haven't been returned. Then after emailing their billing company *******@trashbilling.com 2 weeks ago, I did receive a response from someone whose phone number was included in their contact info. I phoned them and gave a snapshot of what was occurring currently informing them of the repeated and unreturned phone calls and messages. They said they'd reach out to the owner for help. That was 2 weeks ago and still NOTHING!! This leaves us with no other choice but to stop any future payments and search for another company ASAP.
