    My neighbor at *******************, the north side of the duplex that comprises 3909 and ************************** ****** (Douglas Enterprises) to clean the gutters on her side of the property. He instead tore down a significant portion of a wisteria plant growing on my side of the property at *************************************** severe damage to a plant I have been carefully training for several years. To add insult to injury he left the debris all over my yard and damaged a portion of the decorative railing above the porch eave. He refuses to acknowledge his mistake , incompetence and tres[pass on my property.

    I paid a deposit for Darrius to come clean my gutters. He no showed twice and hung up on me when I called to reschedule. I have texted him numerous times asking for my deposit back. I also let him know that I was going to file this complaint if he did not get back to me. I got no response.
