    I placed an order on 4/24/23 in the amount of $649 & my order number is #*****. I ordered three 24-inch bundles & one 18-inch HD frontal.I finally received the remainder of my order on 5/23/23 which was 30 days later. The email confirmations states that clients will be notified via email if the extensions are on back-order. I never received a back-order ********* order was shipped incorrectly on 3 occasions. The shipping representative repeatedly tried to talk me into keeping lengths that I did NOT order each time.He never offered to reimburse me the cost regarding me having to ship the incorrect bundles back in order to receive what I actually ordered. His reply was he was giving me a substitute.I did not want to substitute my 24-inch for an 18-inch bundle neither did I want to substitute my other 24-inch bundle for a 26-inch bundle & my frontal was left off of the first shipment.The website never stated that they were out of stock.The shipping department knew that they didn't have what I ordered but my money was taken & i was sent what they thought I should have.I would like to be reimbursed for the shipping cost that I had to spend on two separate occasions. My information is in your database. The guy in the shipping ********************* service have been notified. No one has reached out to me. I was handled very unprofessional.

    This complaint is an attempt to defame the business, this client since original purchase date has tried to attempt to create a problem with this business. After reviewing her complaint no where does it says how rude, nasty she has been. A lot of the details written are absolutely false . The client ordered 3/24 bundles we upgraded her to 26 no additional charge to customer. Customer complained about not getting 24 we explained to her she was upgraded at no additional charge. These statements are false and defaming i will be forwarding this to my business attorney to keep on record as this is deformation. Honestly you can see this client is attempting to defame the business via ********, Ig, ******* , BBB . We have respectfully decided to no longer allow this client to make future purchases.

    I am rejecting this response because: It took 30 days to receive the remainder of my order. They shipped my order incorrectly 3 times. The shipping representative tried to force me with an upgrade as stated per their response witch was different from what I ordered. I didnt order a 26 inch or an 18 inch. I ordered three 24 inchs & a frontal. Its unprofessional to upgrade/ change the length of the original order without the clients permission. Their website states that they will notify the client if the hair is on back order. I never received that notice, instead I received bundles that were a different length than what I ordered. The customer service & shipping department representative tried to force me to keep the incorrect length. The confirmation email witch has been circled below encourages clients to leave a review on ****** or Yelp. Thats what I did per their request. Thats not defamation. The exact review was posted to their BUSINESS ******** account witch has the option to leave a review. Sadly, Instagram & ******* doesnt allow reviews so therefore I wasnt able to post to those accounts. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of having to ship the unwanted upgrades back.

    Thanks for your response as you can see this is a customer who is intentionally looking to defame any small business (please view clients ****** review history & BBB reviews) their character reflects their behavior stated. Unfortunately we made a mistake by upgrading the customer with 26 bundles with no additional charge to client after she purchased ************************************************ item on back order so thats why we never notified the customer prior to shipping we only upgraded 2 inches . Client was refunded shipping charges $26.00 for sending the 26 bundles back Ive never seen or heard a client be upset for a free upgrade . As you can see shes literally intentionally looking to defame the business by explaining where she left reviews any& everywhere possible client has never contacted company prior to have matter resolved as customer service is our number one priority this could have been resolved instantly as we do admit to any error we make and correct it immediately as the customer has received all correct items ordered . It is in our best interest to terminate all transactions with this client .

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not been refunded for the cost of me having to ship the bundles back in order to receive what I originally ordered.  Sending me two incorrect bundles was not a mistake. Their shipping department tried to convince me to keep the incorrect lengths over the phone. I ordered three 24 inch bundles & a HD frontal but instead I was sent a 18, 24 & 26. Their company encourages clients to leave reviews per the confirmation email after the order is placed. The truth is not defamation. You can also see where previous clients have had similar complaints per their ******* yelp & BBB reviews.
