      My complaint is that I have been made to live in unsanitary condition by My program. I was ushered to 7 different places to rest My head in 3 days. All of which where either infested with bed bugs or roaches or mice. All of My personal belongings such as clothing, bedding/pillows, shoes, coats/jackets etc. Have been left at ******************* which is infested with bed bugs for 7 days. (The Health Department needs to go there). I have not been able to rest without critters for months now.

      Currently the I am still living in a hotel. I had spoke to Ms. ******* on Friday as I had a meeting with Sheppard on 10/3/24 and expressed that I felt the situationwas resolved. I thought I was moving into a room on Monday 10/7/24. But as of Tuesday 10/8/24 there is still No exceptable housing being presented. I hope We can resolve this matter as quickly as possible. The weather is changing and I am still without proper clothing because of the bed bug situation, all of My things had to be sterilized (coats, shoes, clothing, bedding, etc)

      I'd like to add that I was dissatisfied and disappointed in Sheppard Pratt's response. No, this matter is not resolved. As I have asked to remove the program from being My Payee. That had Not found adequate and acceptable housing for Me. I have chosen to stay with a Friend until I can find My own Housing. 

      I'd also like to add that at My new residence I am currently dealing with a new issue with the the Bed Bugs. I found a few bugs on My items that had been delivered on 10/24/24. I managed to snap a shot of 1. 

      So No this issue is not resolved it keeps getting worse. It's stressful and it's beginning to take a toll on My Mental Health.

      I paid a bill in the amount of $10 on June 27, 2023. I keep constantly getting bills in the mail that this bill has not been paid. Ive sent proof of payment and I have also left voicemails but the bills continue to calm this is very annoying and I wanted to stop.
