    I HAD A BRAND NEW HVAC SYSTEM INSTALLED 12/06/23.. I DO NOT HAVE HEAT IN MY BEDROOM OR BATHROOM. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD MULTIPLE VISITS. BUT NO RESOLUTION . FIRST CALL 12/09/23. 12/10/23 visit by tech who did nothing but looked at system and said he would have to schedule someone else for another visit. On 12/13/23 I reached out to paul M****** for resolution. He visited 12/15/23. Did nothing but listen and look around. Said he would look for solution.,bring blue nozzle for faucet and filters. It has been 13 days since the installation and I am still using a space heater In my bedroom and bathroom for heating. I am a senior who recently had surgery, I PAID THEM IN FULL on 12/06/23. I am being ignored and not given any priority to resolve these issues. I WANT A VISIT WITH COMPLETE RESOLUTION AND A REFUND FOR MY INCONVENIENCE.

    The customer filing the complaint pre-dates my visit to her home. Upon arrival I found the system not driving air to the side of the house where the bedroom and bathroom in question is located.

    To install the new system a section of the supply trunkline had to be removed to allow the removal and reinstallation of equipment. In this section was a quadrant damper, this quadrant damper was locked down in the closed position by the sheet metal screws during reassembly. I immediately corrected and restored air flow the that side of the house.

    I apologized to her for the issue, I believe Miss Sullivan is now satisfied with the installation. She can confirm with her response.

    I will offer her a two (2) Planned Service Agreement at no charge for the inconvenience.

    I am rejecting this response because: I WAS I CONVIENCED FROM 12/6-12/21/23. 
    I had multiple visits from this company. 

    Rickey and Dillon installed. Ryan supervisor visited day of installation. Paul salesman twice.  TECH Greg/Craig  visited once on weekend and absolutely nothing but waste my time. I don't know what they are offering. But I do not accept it  I want to be  monetarily  be reimbursed for loss of heat and the and waste of time as it took too long to resolve the problem. In good faith  I accepted and paid in full for service not rendered in a timely fashion

    I'm being charged $100 for a service call Despite asking multiple times over the phone. I was never told there would be a charge, and no repair was made. I had recently spent $6K on a new AC and furnace fromAJ Michael's that had repeated problems and had to be replaced and repaired multiple times within the first few months. I called the office multiple times and specifically asked if the recent issue was under warranty. I was told they won't know until they go and check it out. Then I was told they can't do anything and they charged me $100. I should not be charged this additional cost - I was not notified that I would be charged for them to come out. They also never answered my question, which I asked repeatedly, if it's covered by the warranty. I would have never asked them to come out of I knew I'd be charged additional money ($100 for a 15-min visit) for this on top of the $6K+ I spent plus the additional repairs I was charged AFTER buying a brand new unit. I'm not getting anywhere with the customer service so I'm escalating this to BBB now.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/09) */ The AC and Furnace we installed had problems, We corrected. Factory refrigerant leak on the outdoor unit that we did not make, just installed. A second leak on the existing Refrigeration line where it penetrated the foundation. All these issues we corrected for the customer. We have been straight up honest with this customer, we could not determine if it was chargeable until we looked at the leak. THE CUSTOMER EVEN CONFIRMED THAT WE TOLD HER THIS IN HER COMPLAINT, WHERE IS THE DECEPTION????????? If the risk of paying our minimal fee was this problematic perhaps the customer should have investigated the leak for themselves. I WILL REFUND THE MINIMAL FEE JUST TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE VISIT COST ME FAR MORE THAN WHAT WE COLLECTED ANYWAY SO I MIGHT AS WELL MAKE IT A COMPLETE LOSS AND MOVE ON. WE WILL HONOR ANY WARRANTIES WITH THE PREVIOUSLY CONTRACTED WORK, BUT ASK THIS CUSTOMER TO NEVER CALL US FOR ANY OTHER WORK AGAIN. WE CAN'T AFFORD TO WORK FOR FREE, WE ARE NOT THE GOVERNMENT.
