      I booked a non-smoking room for my family because we had a doctor's appointment for my daughter the next day. The room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke, which is unacceptable, especially since I had young children with me.
      I reported the issue to the staff, and they moved us to three different rooms, but each one smelled like cigarette smoke. The final room not only reeked of smoke but also had a leaking toilet.
      We were forced to leave and find another hotel that night due to the health hazards and the overall terrible condition of the room.
      We paid $160 and requested a refund but according to them, Comfort Inn's property manager declined our request and they can't grant the refund.
      They failed to provide the rooms we paid for. We clearly booked a non-smoking room, but they provided us with rooms reeking of smoke and a defective toilet. This forced us to book a different hotel, causing us significant inconvenience and additional costs.
