    I was simply calling to ask if I could get a holiday upgrade package even though I went through a third party vendor for my room on the 25th of December. No one identified themselves on option 1 who the first time transferred me to option 3. The option 3 team also didn't identify themselves and sounded as if they were straining to understand the question. I had to spell my name out four times for them and they still weren't retaining anything I was saying. I asked to speak with the manager. They said absolutely then transferred me to an extension that disconnected my call. I am not bothered if this is a hotel policy. However, I am literally just wanted to offer a criticism of a business where they don't want my money because it's not part of another package. They are marketing themselves as a five star hotel with poor customer service. They also wasted my time by transferring me about an additional four or five times when I called back.
