A utility pole went down outside our neighborhood. ****** promptly repaired in a couple hours. * ****** team came out to fix their stuff. Metronet truck came but did not do the job and left for the night. Not back this morning early , keep calling and no resolution. Husband works from home. Need service

First, I am not filing a complaint not solely against the address *** n ******* *** ******* ********** I am filing a complaint against METRONET internet services. There has been a fee which I feel it is higher than what the sales personnel told me. I have been going back and forth with the issues but the last supervisor(forgotten her name)was so upset and was harsh, rude to me. The sale personnel or how Metronet calls him approached me in my house,I was together with 2 other people. His message was that, there is internet which I would pay $10 ,not more , not less.I asked him several the authenticity about the price and he said there is a government program that makes me pay that $10.Later bills more than $10 started coming in .I alerted metronet what was going on and they claim there is emails they sent and that I should have or must makes some calls in order to get the $10 bills monthly.I honestly told them that I haven't seen such emails in my inbox, spam or junk mails . Fortunately, I met the guy who set me up metronet twice in the the neighborhood doing his job, told him everything and he asked my permission to call metronet. He later told me everything looked good so I must ignore the bills coming and expect the agreed $10.Each of the two meetings I met the guy, I was with the same 2 people he first met us in the house. I told him same thing for the 2 meetings. Now, upon further back and forth emails sent, a lady called Kimaya Foster gave me $79.90 to pay which I greed.I received the first bill again which is more than the $79.90 so I decided to call metronet and like I initially said, last person was so harsh, rude towards me and insisted I must still pay that $150 bill they are claiming, else the next thing is to report me to a collection.
