On November 20, 2023 I sent an email to Tradesmith support asking if I can pay the annual maintenace for Platinum membership through bank transfer.Tradesmith support answered me that a bank transfer is possible and the bank details given to me.On December 12, 2023 I transferred the amount of $599 to Tradesmith LLC for the payment of Annual maintenace fee of Platinum membership (the deadline of the payment is December 20,2023 so I was on time with the payment).On December 13, 2023 I sent an email to Tradesmith support telling them I had done the bank transfer and I put an attachment with the bank's proof of transfer. Based on this email a ticket was opened in Tradesmith. ********* from Tradesmith thanks me for the email and he told me that the ticket is closed but he made a note in my Tradesmith account that the bank transfer is done for the annual fee of Platinum membership.Since around December 20, 2023 my access to Tradesmith is blocked, On January 2nd. 2023 I sent an email to support, ********* told me that the access will be opened again once their billing department completed checking if my bank transfer has arrived. I was surprised that it took so long time for Tradesmith to check if the bank transfer has arrived. Until now (January 15, ****) I have no access to Tradesmith website although I have paid the fee on time.Where is the appreciation for me as Platinum member? I have paid around $10,000 to be a platinum member and now I am left in dark for more than a month, without any access to Tradesimth? Is Tradesmith billing departement too slow to check if a bank transfer has arrived (maybe only work of 10 minutes). Or support forget how to reactivate a blocked account?I demand:1. that my tradesmith account will be reactivated ASAP 2. Tradesmith has to pay me REFUND ($50 per month of missing access)3. That the Tradesmith ticketing system wil be changed, closing of tickets can only be done after approval of the related customer.TradeSmith, LLC

This Tradesmith LLC company sent a deceiving email on Thursday 23Nov2023 stating that: "Our CEO *********************** is giving you a rare chance to pay only $399 per year for access to all of our A.I. tools and research with Predictive Alpha All Access through a special offer.Thats a 92% discount off the regular rate. And all youll ever have to pay, after today."When I enrolled, they charged me $5,000 and upon call to customer service says that $399 per year on Renewals not on first enrolled year.********** .TradeSmith, LLC

I appreciate this customer taking the time to leave a review and apologize for any confusion this promotion may have caused. I have examined the order form to make sure we disclose the price and I do see it mentioned that the $399 is what will be owed annually after the initial fee. Here is an excerpt from the form as an example: So if you join today through this special offer, you can become a Predictive Alpha All Access member for just a one-time payment of $5,000 right now and then it continues with After today, all youll ever pay for EVERYTHING we launch now and in the future is $399 per year.I do see that our Customer Success Team canceled and refunded the subscription after speaking to this customer. Is this company a scam? They sell a product (not cheaply) that is advertised as being able to predict a stock price 21 business days in the future using their proprietary artificial intelligence product called Predictive Alpha. They even tell you which stocks their "Gurus" recommend! Be careful - their policy is no refunds (and then after the sale, they flood you with sales pitches for additional products). I bought their product and tried to use it 12 times. The results were 10 losses, 1 breakeven and 1 with a small profit. When I raised this with their representative they offered me more lessons in how to use their product, told me most people do well with it and reminded me that they have a no refund policy on most of the expensive products they sell. We are very sorry to hear that this was this customers experience with our product. Predictive Alpha Prime mainly looks to estimate price movement of a stock over a 21 day period using our proprietary artificial intelligence system An-E. This product is software based but also comes with options recommendations from two of our analysts based on the algorithm.
The guarantee that was offered with the promotion the customer responded to stated If for any reason youre unsatisfied with Predictive Alpha Prime, contact us within the first 90-days and you can use your full subscription price as a credit toward any other TradeSmith product. Just please note, we cannot offer cash refunds. This was on the order form that the customer submitted.
This being said, after reviewing the customers request and the specifics of this situation, I have authorized a one-time exception to this refund policy for Predictive Alpha Prime. In addition, I also see that our **************** team updated this customers email preferences on 7/26/23 due to their request to stop additional emails related to marketing and free material, so they should no longer be receiving communications from us.Review fromDon A

BEWARE ! -Keith K has a great idea on screening stocks by using computer reviews as we all know that computer choices can give great reliability if programmed correctly. But I was a sucker because his program is the worst stock picking advice I have had in over 50 years of trading. I have only had this service for about two months now and consider it a total loss. He has proven to me that either he is not capable to write a computer program or he does not understand the fundamentals of the market ; possibly both ! This man should be selling used cars in a dirty, back street car lot. I will give him credit for making a very persuasive selling argument - but my experience so far is he has given me five losers and one winner. My advice - SAVE YOUR MONEYTradeSmith, LLC

I have spoken with this customer about his concerns with his Predictive Alpha Prime subscription. This subscription did have a 90-Day Satisfaction guarantee, which stated that if the customer was not satisfied he could cancel and would receive TradeSmith Credit for the full amount spent, which he could use toward the purchase of another product. Nancy L Beware of this company- they use different charges in different web sites for the same program. I fell for the Predictive Alpha webinar and paid $2500/yr for the program with no money back option. I loved it! After a week, for some unknown reason I could not access the program. I contacted support and asked for my money back which I finally got after speaking with a supervisor who banned me from any program in the future. I casually found that there was an offer for the same program for $49 with a 6 month return policy more in line with other company offerings. What a scam this is! I wonder how a company charging $2500 in one place can offer the same "deal" for $49 in another. I now have a different computer setup and would love to have this program back, but not for $2500TradeSmith, LLC

The two subscriptions this customer mentions are very different.
She initially signed up for Predictive Alpha Prime. With this subscription ($2500), customers receive full access to the Predictive Alpha software, so they can see the predictions on all covered assets, run screeners for assets based on their predictions, etc. We cover approx 3,000 assets and will be continuing to grow our coverage in the software. In addition, customers receive 4 recommended trades per month from our gurus, along with alerts and editorial content.
The second subscription she mentions is Predictive Alpha ($49). These subscribers is editorial focused. Customers receive 2 recommendations per month from our gurus. They have extremely limited access to the software, with the ability to search only one (1) ticker per week in our software.Review fromMichael V

As a Senior citizen, I feel as though I have been mislead and scammed by a promotional video to increase your retirement by investing in short term stocks with "Tradesmith" LLC. I will admit as a Senior living alone with limited income I was drawn to the promotion on how you can offset your retirement. Their promo video which lasted an hour was typically made to draw you in to watch the entire video. Time and Time again it kept referring to how simple it is no training required or knowledge and or skills to start trading and seeing a return! Just point and click It's that simple so they claim. We will send you our AI picks and you simply click on it and watch it for 21 days and you could benefit from the results. Once the hour sales pitch is over it gives you a count down clock to buy in or you will loose it for ever. You feel pressured to hit the button at a cost of $1500 so I did. Little did I realize before you can check out it loads another page wanting you to extend your subscription for another cost of $1500. Then it hits you up for another $299 a year maintenance fee. A typical bait and switch program! After paying $3000 this could be nothing from the truth! Once you log in, it takes you to a dashboard that can only be understood by a licensed trader. So confusing. It was over whelming. They go thru the process so fast not explaining most of the terminology. I was lost in seconds!It does not explain how to buy unless you have a brokerage account first. It states 3 different ways to upload a brokerage account but fails to explain to you what that is it is yet another upgrade to "Platinum" again spending more money. Seniors beware! this is not a point and click system like the presentation suggests! Then it states if you are not satisfied in the first 90 days we will give you a credit for what another one of your products? If you have never traded before or do not have a broker account what good is another product? I am asking for a full refund of my $3000.TradeSmith, LLC

This customer also emailed us. We are sorry to hear that he felt pressured by the sales presentation and overwhelmed when he logged into the TradeSmith Finance Platform. We assured him that it was not our intent to pressure him into making a decision he wasn't fully ready to make. Also, we do understand that it can be overwhelming when a new customer first logs onto the ********************** Finance platform. Learning something new can be difficult and our platform is very comprehensive. For this reason, we created resources (articles and videos) to help new customers and we also offer one-on-one training (Concierge) with our Customer Success agents. We did offer this customer a concierge appointment so we could assist him with getting started.
The guarantee for the offer the customer responded to clearly stated there were no cash refunds on this offer and that if the customer choose to cancel they would receive TradeSmith credit (which could be used toward the purchase of any other TradeSmith product). After reviewing their comments, however, it is clear to us how frustrating this experience has been for this customer. I don't even recall subscribing to TradeSmith. I believe my email address was sold to them. I have tried over 10 times to unsubscribe from their emails, have sent emails to their support, abuse contact & complaints contact, yet they keep coming. Any company worth their weight would not resort to such tactics. I am writing emails on every review platform and complaining to the FTC as the next step. I would advise NOT to waste your time even signing up for these SCAM and SPAM emails!TradeSmith, LLC

This customer also submitted a review via TrustPilot. We are very sorry for any frustration we have caused for this customer. Unfortunately, we did not receive this customer's requests to stop the emails they were receiving which is why we had not taken action. I have located their record and I found their email address was subscribed to our free e-Letter, TradeSmith Daily. I have unsubscribed their account. In addition, I have suppressed any marketing emails going forward. It can take 2-3 days for all emails to fully stop, but after that time they should no longer receive any TradeSmith communications.Chris L

Yes, I saw their response and while I appreciate something is finally getting done, I dispute the fact that they didnt get my requests. I have screenshots of all my attempts & have all of the emails I sent to their abusecomplaints contact from whoisdatabase, as well as the emails sent to their support contact from their website. The company lies. They are a huge scam. After they lie to you about their service and what they can provide there is no refund. You are stuck, for me I was out over $7,000. Then to top it off to add insult to injury they charge another $278 per year just so they can stick it to you even more. Terrible company, very low return on investment if any. They promise to tell you they can predict the market, they are reactive, not proactive. Please do not waste your money. They will lie to you and if you buy it you are stuck with it.TradeSmith, LLC

I have investigated this customer's complaint. He upgraded to our TradeSmith Platinum subscription on 6/21/21. At the time that he placed his order, he mentioned to the agent he had questions about some of the numbers he saw and he still opt'd to upgrade. This purchased included a 30 day money back guarantee. The customer then called us on 8/17/21 and inquired about the refund policy. The agent he spoke with explained it was a 30 day policy, so he was no longer eligible for a refund. She answered the customers questions and showed him how to use some of the features of the program, She further explained how our health indicators worked and how to interpret them. We have spoke to this customer a few times since this, assisting him with his program and trying to address his concerns. On 7/7/22, we conducted an hour-long concierge (one on one) training with the customer, to teach him about his program. This customer has been actively using the program and has logged in within the last week. He has several active portfolios set up. I have tried to reach out to him a couple of times via a phone call so I could discuss his concerns, however, I have been unable to connect with the customer.Review fromTimothy G G

I’ve had a Tradesmith subscription for years and upgraded to Platinum a few years ago. This was a big mistake. The products are basically pump and dump schemes that try to help you identify opportunities. Problem is everything is based on history without regard to what really caused the movement in the first place so you’re using a very flawed methodology. It’s all fruitless analysis based on misguided truths. I’ve spent way over $10k in fees and have nothing to show for it. I’ve contacted customer service dozens of times and no one gets back to you until you cancel. This is a rip off service we’re I would have been better off stuffing the mattress.TradeSmith, LLC

We have responded to all correspondence from this customer.
I have reviewed calls and emails we received from this customer. We have not received a call from him since April of 2021, at which time he was calling to increase the number of available portfolios on his account and our agent assisted him with this.
Since May 2023, he has emailed us 16 times. He was upset regarding emails he received. A few of those emails were combined/merged prior to a response being sent, due to arriving so closely together. All of his email concerns were responded to.
On 5/23 & 5/26, he emailed us requesting immediate cancellation and refund. On 5/27, one of our agents sent an email in response to his requests. She informed him that his subscription was cancelled but that we could not issue a refund. He originally purchased TradeSmith Platinum in March of 2021 and his purchase had a 30 day credit guarantee. She explained to him that we could not issue a refund because he was well outside this guarantee period. She also explained we could not refund his most recent Maintenance fee for the same reasons, because it was charged more than 30 days ago.
TradeSmith offers a full suite of software to help investors manage their investments. Investors can sync their portfolios, set alerts, create watchlists, etc. They can also use our software offerings to research potential investments. In addition, we also offer some newsletter services. As a Platinum member, this customer would've had access to all of this. This customer actively use the software and we can see that he was sent alerts and notifications. Based on his comments above and in his emails, it sounds as if he did not find the editorial content helpful. Even if he did not use the editorial content, we believe that there is great value in our software suite (which he was using) for both managing existing investments as well as researching future opportunities.

Tradesmith's promotional video for their Predictive Alpha Prime (An-E) program ($1,500.00 for charter members) is over an hour's worth of deceit, lies, deception, and misrepresentation.Most of the video consists of demonstrations of the ** software program they're peddling which shows price predictions based on 3 points of prediction: 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months. THe reality, once you sign up, is a system that offers just one point of price prediction: 21 days.Further, they and their customer support assure the customer that the program also address the following:Stocks Options Crypto Commodities (Including the price of precious metals gold, silver and copper).ETFs.The fact is it only covers stocks. **************** agents throw up a smokescreen claiming "confusion", and say that those areas of finance will be, or might be, addresed later in the year.****************TradeSmith, LLC

We did explain in the presentation that the Predictive Alpha product would start with a one month (21 trading days) prediction. Below are a statements regarding this from the presentation:
"Folks, when you sign up to become a member to Predictive Alpha Prime, youll receive...
Complete Access to the AN-E predictive algorithm which you can use to look up one-month
forecasts on any stock on the S&P 500 as well as sector indexes and major market indexes...""*****: Interesting... throughout this presentation, weve shown An-Es predictions of two
weeks, a month, and two months. So, all the trade recommendations in Predictive Alpha Prime are going to have the holding time of one month?
*****: They are. One month which translates to about 21 trading days."This customer spoke with our contact center agents several times, and we did confirm for him that we are currently predicting at one-month and that we will be adding additional timeframes as An-E continues to learn more. The agents did tell him we do not yet have an ETA for when this will be added.
In addition, in the presentation we also disclosed that we would be adding coverage if additional assets in the Predictive Alpha tool as An-E continues to learn. Please see the below statement from the presentation regarding this:
"Predictive Alpha Prime will contain all of An-Es stock forecasts, updated daily in real time, for virtually any stock on the S&P 500. But thats just the start... Remember, An-E is getting smarter all the time... and were getting to a place with the algorithm where were extremely confident in its predictions of hundreds of stocks beyond the S&P... In fact, it wont be long before were confident in its predictions of virtually every stock in the market. So, soon, we plan on having An-E's forecasts available for around ***** stocks, nearly every stock in the market. And its not going to require you to upgrade or anything to access these stocks. Theyll be added in as part of this service, for as long as youre a subscriber/member. Large caps, small caps, mid caps, growth stocks, value stocks, small gold mining stocks... you name it. Just type in the ticker symbol and youll be able to see what An-E's saying the future price will likely be."
This was also explained to the customer when he spoke with our contact center agents and asked about Crypto and Gold. We did tell him we will be adding coverage as the program continues to learn.
After multiple conversations with this customer, we did work with the customer to come to a resolution we believe was satisfactory to all involved. Based on extenuating circumstances, an exception was made to our guarantee on this promotion and the customer has been refunded.
