      I'm a loyal customer to Pandora Jewelry. My bracelet's locket broke 2 years ago I asked for a replacement locket I was told I had to replace the bracelet which didn't make sense since there was nothing wrong with the bracelet. So, Pandora replaced the entire bracelet. My complaint now is I have another snake bracelet with a different locket, the other day I went to wash my hands and 5 of my charms went down the drain. I'm so upset because I spent a lot of money for my jewelry. I spent over $2000.00 buying Pandora Jewelry. I would like to speak to someone in Corporate to discuss this soon as possible. thank you!

      Thank you for contacting Pandora Jewelry. We have received your BBB Inquiry. We are sorry to hear your bracelet has come undone and charms were lost. Our warranty covers items up to one year from the date of original purchase and does not cover lost items. We can offer a onetime courtesy replacement on your bracelet and 2 charms as a courtesy. Please let us know exactly which bracelet is defective and which 2 charms you would like to have replaced.

      Hello i have reached out to Pandora multiple times via email and they won't respond to my emails or voicemail. I purchased two earring sets from Macys Pandora and was told I can return the product as long as I bring it back within 30 days. I took both pairs of earrings to be returned within 10 days of purchase and was told Pandora can't accept returns I would have to reach out to Pandora customer service for a refund or exhange. I have reached out multiple times and no response received. Very poor customer service.

      I do apologize for the delay. The emails were sent to our online team which is a separate department from us. I have issued you a return label to return your earrings and once we get your response we will either issue a refund check or gift card.

      My fiancé purchased for me on my birthday a pandora bracelet, he paid $529 CASH. The bracelet was ok but I'm not interested in pandora for different reasons, my fiancé tried to return the bracelet back to the store. The clerk let him know it was late and she just put up the money and could he come back tomorrow. My fiancé agreed and proceeded to come the next day. He arrives and the new clerk tells him anything over $250 he has to receive a check in the mail that will take up to 21 business days to receive. I looked on their website, on my receipt and nowhere does it state that it actually says "return within 30 days brand new unused" for original payment. So I have to give you the jewelry TODAY and In return I have to wait 21 days to receive my money in the form I DID NOT PAY IN? That doesn't seem fair to the consumer nor is it stated ANYWHERE or told when you purchase. After speaking to ***** in the store warranty department it's nothing you can do about it. Im upset because it isn't a FAIR situation.

      I purchased an e-gift card on August 2 for $50 dollars. I still haven't received the gift card. I contacted customer service through chat and telephone. Both times I was reassured I would get my gift card quickly. I still haven't received the gift card. I've been a loyal customer for years. I find it so disrespectful that this company just took my money and did not provide me with the product I paid for.
