    I used SudShare for the first time recently. I was a bit apprehensive, but the quality and heart that my Sudster GiGi put in to my laundry was AMAZING! Things were folded neatly and the quality of the wash/dry/fold was better than anything I've ever been able to accomplish on my own. She even tied up the bags with a pretty purple bow. I will never again do laundry! (SXXXXXXXX)

    I used this service when I was out of town for an extended period. Service was fast and easy to setup. My clothes were neatly folded and smelled great. It's affordable as well. I already recommended to a friend who used it for the first time today.

    Our dryer broke and I was panicking about getting our laundry done (family of 6!). Downloaded the app and our sudster got assigned within 30 minutes. She was SO sweet! I sent our detergent and softener with her, and our laundry was returned the next day clean, folded, organized by size, and bagged. BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!

    First time using SudShare was very positive. Great communication with our sudser, great care take in our clothes, and even a personal touch. Despite being internet app driven it hasn't lost its humanity, and is a great way to empower people working from home with its 50/50 split profit model.

    What a fabulous service! I saw an advertisement on Pinterest for Sudshare and checked it out. I am disabled and have been dropping off and picking up my laundry at the local laundromat in town, to have my laundry wash, dried and folded. It was quite an effort for me to do it and it was costly, at $1.85 per pound. I decided to try this service from Sudshare and I am amazed. I set up my account, and placed the request to have my laundry picked up, washed, dried and folded. I put it outside and it was picked up within 2 hours, and returned to me the same day, within 6 hours. I used to have to wait 2 days and pick it up myself. The quality of the service was exactly the same, but now I received a very friendly message with the process of my laundry from pickup to drop off. Truly a great service and will use regularly. I am saving well over $200 dollars a month. Thank you Sudshare for making this process easier and cost effective.

    My new house doesn't have a washer and dryer. The model I want has been back ordered for moooonths so I've been pretty careful about keeping clothes, sheets, and towels clean and extending their use. But as the delivery date approached, I excitedly started using towels and clothes willy-nilly. Wiping the floor! Changing sleep shirts everyday! It was an exciting period. Then they CANCELLED. I was desperate after my towel use hangover. SudShare to the rescue! I got my clothes back nicely folded. I now sort of don't feel like I want the washer dryer. Why fold when you don't have to?

    Worst experience ever working as a 1099-worker (Sudster) ...

    Here I am sharing my experience on BBB, and please do not take this review lightly! From 6/23/22-8/2/22 I was a contract employee for SudShare, Inc, and was considered one of the best Sudsters within the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Dealing with their customer service was very stressful and chaotic many of nights. I was known very well within the customer service department, always emailing updates and customer comments. Our threads via email surpassed well over 300+ within a 6 week time span; yes I was well in tune with ALL their representatives. However, there were four times when a customer service representative spoke to me unprofessional and rudely, which was reported to Head of Support "Joe". A few times where a representative and I proceeded to go back and forth through via email, due to their false information and treatment being called out by me. Of course I was offered apologies and "extra points", simply because they KNEW that on their end, they were WRONG ... every time! I ended up forfeiting my account due to a customer (who I knew personally) and I having a back and forth petty moment. This situation placed the icing on the cake for me, and I really had enough of SudShare's mess. Due to the customer falsely lying on our conversation (which SudShare was able to review and verify that the customer was making up a crazy story), my account was placed on hold, I wasn't able to make any money, and I was placed on the block list from SudShare. I was never explained anything, just blatantly ignored completely. To top it off, SudShare failed to submit my weekly pay. An amount of $332.98 is owed to ME, and SudShare refused to respond regarding this matter. Beware WORKING for this company! The moment you critique their staff, or even question their authority ,,, you WILL BECOME BLACKBALLED! Fair warning. Bottom line, I really want my $332.98 that is diligently owed to me for my hard work.
