    If you're still thinking about using them, stop and do it! They're great and affordable! I'm in love with SudShare! I was referred by a long time user who swore by them, so I tried them out for the first time after recently having a baby. The service was so fast, reliable, neat, and took so much stress off of me! The person assigned to me did an awesome job and had excellent customer service ! There's no turning back after that!

    I'm out of town on a business trip and decided to give them a try after a colleague recommended them. Well, it ended up being a nightmare. All of my whites were washed with color, all of my sweaters shrunk, and a shirt was burned with an iron. After speaking to a customer service "manager", she said all she could do was refund me my money and give me a $30 credit to use their services again. I will NEVER use their services again. The clothes that were destroyed were brand new. I'm so upset.

    Great experience with Moshe at Sudshare, and our Sudster who was in Nashville! I work in operations for a short term rental management company, and laundry is constant challenge as we expand to more diverse properties all across the country. We're testing Sudshare with some of our multi-door units, as a way to reduce the cleaner's time (costly for us) spent waiting for laundry loads to finish. Communication was great across the board, and scheduling is easy. We are looking forward to increased automation in the near future, as manual entry-type requests are not sustainable for our business growth trajectory. Thanks!

    I always wanted to find a service where my laundry can get picked up, washed, folded, and dropped back off at my door. I am so glad I found SudShare. My persons name was Carolyn and she was fantastic. Since I was new to this service I had a bunch of questions and as soon as I messaged her she answered all of them. The price was also perfect others wanted to charge me $3-4 a pound where as SudShare only charges $1 per pound you just can't beat that. The fact that they dropped off your clothes in separate bags is insane. Carolyn messaged me before she came and when she was on her way back. She also kept me updated because she knew she was running late due to an emergency and I really appreciated that. Overall this is the best laundry pickup and drop off service I have ever had and I plan on using them every time I need my laundry done.

    I was a bit apprehensive about our... I was a bit apprehensive about our order at the beginning. Will it be picked up on time, and more importantly, will it be returned on time? Will my clothes be clean? The very first time we used the service, all my fears were allayed. Pick up and delivery went smoothly. Everything was on the dot. My clothes were clean, smelled fresh, and folded to a "t". What could be more convenient than this? And, the price is right!!

    Clothes smelled like cigarette smoke. The concept behind this service is amazing and I really wanted to love it. I am a busy working mom of 2 toddlers and was looking forward to outsourcing my laundry. However, anybody can do your laundry and they can do it anywhere they want. My clothes were picked up on Friday, the person that picked them up told me she was on the way 3 times on Saturday but I didn't get my clothes until Sunday afternoon. My clothes, including my babies clothes, all smelled like cigarette smoke. I contacted the company and they recommended I not wash my clothes and they will send someone over to see if they really smell like cigarette smoke and offer to rewash my clothes for "free". Which wasn't really for free because I wasn't given a refund, so they basically wanted me to wait longer to have clean clothes and continue to have cigarette smoke exposure in my home with my babies. I attempted for 2 days to express my frustration and to explain I had to rewash myself due to the timeline and needing clean work clothes and the smoke exposure. I asked for a refund for my detergent being wasted, my time being wasted and for the actual incident. They only agreed to a $15 credit, despite my clothes costing $36. I know they can't control the cleaners that pick up your clothes but they can control their customer service, which was horrible in this instance.

    Trust me I did the research! I saved up the money, bit the bullet and scheduled my first pickup with SudShare and it was life changing. Any expectations I had were more than exceeded by my Sudster, Seanna. Having never used any type of laundry service prior, I honestly didn't know what to expect. All of my instructions were followed. The communication was phenomenal and the service was fast. The pickup and drop off went well and I had 13 bags of laundry totaling 349 pounds. Seanna genuinely cares about helping you and doing her best to get your laundry as clean as she can. She's very pleasant and I felt very comfortable with her. SudShare definitely saved me ALOT of hard work, ALOT of time and ALOT of pain. If you're not sure or debating..... just do it! Use SudShare to clean your laundry for you. Thank you SudShare😊 I'll definitely be a return customer.

    It was one of those weeks where laundry piled up and I didn't want to spend the weekend sorting, washing, and folding. I decided to give SudShare a try and it didn't disappoint. I was quickly matched with my Sudster and she kept open communication about pick-up, specifics about my order, and drop-off. Everything came back clean and nicely folded. I will definitely use SudShare again.

    Brenda my sudster was amazing. My clothes were cleaned , folded perfectly and with a bow. The service was affordable and there were no hidden fees. I would recommend SudShare to everyone.
