    I am filing a complaint against It's His Earth regarding the landscaping services provided at my property. The services rendered were far from satisfactory, and I believe there were multiple instances of misrepresentation, overcharging, and poor workmanship.

    I hired It's His Earth based on their assurance of providing high-quality grass seeds and weed killer suitable for commercial use. However, they failed to provide the documentation I requested regarding the chosen grass seeds and treatment methods for the weeds on my property. I later discovered that they had compromised on the quality of the products used.

    During the project, It's His Earth left bags of soil and soil conditioner scattered across my yard, leaving a messy and unprofessional appearance. This was not an isolated incident, as I had previously experienced similar issues with a job they had done for me. Researching the prices of these materials revealed that they he obtained the materials at significantly low costs, raising concerns about the value and quality of the materials used.

    Of particular concern was the lack of hay on the grass seeds, which I had communicated to It's His Earth through multiple text messages. The absence of a response and the failure to use hay resulted in birds eating the seeds and hindering the growth of the grass. This demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and compromised the overall quality of their work.

    Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, It's His Earth dismissed my claims and refused to consider any resolution other than reseeding the property. This response only reinforced their lack of experience and unwillingness to address my concerns, leading me to request a full refund.

    I am seeking a full refund of the amount paid for the services rendered. I have already requested this directly from It's His Earth again, but In their response, It's His Earth made the following statement: 'You are a liar. I told you let's go to court, and you changed your mind. I guarantee you that you can't find any of the products I used on your lawn for $2. ******* is where all my products come from. All commercial-grade products. Let's go to court so you can see how simple you are.'

    These words, as quoted from It's His Earth, indicate their confrontational and unprofessional attitude toward resolving the issue. I hope to resolve this issue amicably, but I may consider pursuing legal action if necessary to protect my rights as a consumer.

    Additionally, It's His Earth admitted that they used commercial-grade products sourced from *******. I called ******* myself and verified these cheap prices I am citing.

    Given these circumstances, I maintain my request for a full refund for the services provided by It's His Earth.

    Overall, I believe that It's His Earth has failed to deliver on its promises, provided substandard services, and displayed unprofessional behavior. I am submitting this complaint to the BBB to seek mediation and a fair resolution to this matter.
