      DaVida Law Group attorney John B***** was fraudulent at compensation of my injury as promised to get the settlement completed. John was very disrespectful and unprofessional at the response to get another lawyer after he has rested on his compensation from the case. John has not provided the legal representation that I signed contract with. He is in violation of that lawyer/client agreement.

      Ms. ****** has been an extremely difficult client not only to our firm, but to co-counsel's firm on the case, ******* *** ****.  Ms. ****** reported a second worker's compensation case to the same body part for which she already had a case open, then failed to attend any physical therapy or treatment for the second injury.  When urged several times by our firm to seek treatment, Ms. ****** refused, then asked us to close the second case.  Nonetheless, our firm worked with Ms. ****** to re-open her initial worker's compensation claim to get surgical approval.  Despite having to schedule a hearing due to Ms. Haynes' second claim, this office requested and prepared for a hearing to which Ms. ****** decided she also no longer wished to pursue.  Ms. ****** then asked this office to close her case out, but when she heard the amount of compensation offered by the opposing party to close the matter, she went on an expletive laced rant at counsel, at which time she was told to find a new lawyer.  She has been harassing this firm since this time with text messages, google reviews, a bar complaint, an argument with ******* *** ****'s management, and this complaint.  It's a shame.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As an attorney your best interest should always be to the client and DaVida Law has not did that throughout my whole case with them. They complained about communications that they did not meet under the contract signed for them to represent me. John B***** was negligent with handling my case. And the right of me the client was to report such negligence and I did. DaVida Law & Mr. ******* made allegations of harassment when I contacted their office several times as a client should. Then contacted their office to get resolution where Mr. ******* was argumentative and rude to a client which yes I did report to the Bar Association due to negligence again. And there are other under the table things that Jihn B***** did as told to me by new counsel, that resolution is to sue both parties. They did not do a representation of client rights and needs accordingly during the whole case. And that is a shame for a lawyer to call a client harassing when Mr. ******* was not at all my counsel through this and present argument with no good intentions towards resolution for my neglected case John B***** handled. It is laws like this that makes the law faulty and timid. They wrongfully treated me like a black woman and were furthermore rude and disrespectful to me the client with discriminatory behaviors of retaliation after I reported John B***** to the Bar and such for his negligence. And I am suing both parties because you don't treat people like this and post finger on them because you were completely wrong.
