Greenberg Law is supposed to be helping me settle my debt, of course with a fee. They changed the address on my Navy ******************** account. I did not know this. So when I sold my RV which was financed through Navy Federal, the title was sent to the law firm. I have called and left messages about it 2 times since December 2022. I also emailed my attorney about it, she said to call the office. No one has called me back. Id like the title sent to me. I need to give it to the new owners. Secondly, and most importantly, my attorney, ****** ******, called me and said one of my debts would be settled and I only needed to pay $25/mo out of pocket more. I agreed. She said their company was taking care of the rest. This conversation was apparently recorded. A few days later, an agent called to authorize the settlement and said it would be $32 for the first month, then $35/month for several months then much more. I recall a number in the $90s. I questioned this as ****** had just told me it would be $25/month. This agent assured me it was NOT more money coming from my account. She said it was coming from my *************** account which is the account I pay into and Greenberg Law pays my debts from that account. A few days later, $35 was drafted from my account. Which I did NOT authorize. I have requested the recorded audio from ****** and ***** the settlements manager. They have not sent it. I told them I am not comfortable having more money drafted from my account and all ***** said is I will lose my settlement. I have been very clear with them both that I want the recordings and I did not authorize more from my account and they are not responding. I am under contract and would like getting help with this.
