    Potential clients BEWARE! Loan application fee $300. A bit much! Compare with other commercial lenders. Beware they may encourage items to be done that have costs before
    they will complete processing of loan.
    BCL stated to us that since they are a commercial lender they do not provide GFE which
    means Good Faith Estimate to client so client can compare loan program and costs that
    go with loan approval with other lenders they may apply to.
    Beware of appraisal company they suggest you use.
    Our complaint is that we are still waiting over 60 days for a Structured Loan Proposal in writing from BCL.
