    2800 Eastern Blvd.
    The warehouse staff here are always friendly. The office staff is always helpful too. Have always had a pleasant experience with coming to this warehouse. The parking lot it also large for trucks to get in and out of. I would come here again.

    2800 EASTERN BLVD is not business friendly. Rachel has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. I hope she's the owner the way she acts because she is very confrontational and distasteful. There is zero respect for others and their time. No accountability for her actions. Of course the calls are not monitored for quality purposes. If you try to challenge what she says she will request drivers to be banned no matter how polite you remain.
    Quality has been shown to not be a priority, no proof has to be provided for refusing to load a unit. If the broker or customer requests for proof of refusal they do not have to send, there is zero escalation or accountability. Which ruins the carriers week and the customer will not have the ordered product as requested.
    It's unfortunate how this business is allowed to operate with total disregard for the logistics industry. Customers, brokers and drivers are imperative parts of the business without that you will not thrive. Hopefully this can stop others from accepting any kind of behavior because businesses need good relationships to continue to thrive.
