On March 27, 2024, a large package was delivered. On April 4, 2024, the package was not there. Mr. **** was asked to check and confirm. He dismissed the request. I called The *** Store, no answer. My daughter called, The *** Store answers, confirming that package is there. At this time, I have important federal mail en route. I have asked Mr. **** to simply call when it arrives so that Im not wasting time running back and forth. I never heard from Mr. ***** so I had to run down to the store every day to check for myself. On Wednesday, April 10, 2024. I entered the store to check on the mail again. Mr. ***** looked in the mailbox, No, mail! Then he approached me, Your, your daughter? Shes [my first name], right? I explain thats my name. Mr. **** dismissed me and still referred to my daughter, using my name. Your renewal is coming up. She complain too much! Im trying to show Mr. **** that I received a package on March 27 that was not there on April 4, when my daughter arrived, but hes steadily threatening me about refusal of service due to filing a BBB Complaint. Once he realized that I was right, he apologized and then walked away from me without answering my next question, moving onto the next customer. What do I do, when I have delivery confirmation that a package is here and its not? Who do I call? I left feeling attacked, he was retaliating against me for filing a BBB Complaint. I have a federal check sitting at The *** Store, that I am scared to retrieve because Mr. ***** behavior towards me. I called ******* who confirmed that each *** Store is an independent franchise, therefore Mr. **** has the authority and power to refuse service, as he pleases.

On Dec. 19, 2023 USPS: 94*********39********* delivered a package to this location, where I rent a postal box. I arrived at this location about 6:10PM to retrieve all packages and this one is missing. I called the store, 13 times until Mr. Yang answered, he stated that USPS did not make a delivery on 12/19. I informed the seller ***** ********* as well as filed a complaint with USPS (Fayette St Distribution Ctr), I spoke with USPS Supervisor, Ms. Coleman, who informed me the regular carrier is out on vacation and a temporary carrier is delivering packages in her place, she will speak with not only the driver, but the supervisors within USPS to see if they can set up a process when they deliver items to this location. Mr. Yang was supposed to research the missing package on Wednesday, Dec. 20 and call me, he did no such thing, I ended up having to call the store multiple times to follow-up. I have sent numerous emails to Mr. Yang to confirm he has THIS particular package, as they were aquatic plants and there’s a process required to file a claim, which the seller, ***** ******** must do. Ms. Coleman from USPS stated that if ***** ******** files a claim, it will be denied due to the delivery status, however I do not have the package and Mr. Yang stated USPS did not make any deliveries on this date. Ms. Coleman confirmed there was a delivery on Dec. 19, the item was handed to an employee at the store.

I sent an email to customer relations and these were the responses received. Mr. Yang at Store 1162 has verbally confirmed the package was not delivered on this date, as USPS did not make any deliveries on this date. I filed a complaint with USPS and spoke with Ms. Coleman, who stated the route had a temporary carrier in place of the usually scehduled carrier, who was out on vacation. The package still has yet to turn up. I'm sure the aquatic flowers are dead by now. In addition, Mr. Yang has still not called to provide a status on the missing package. It's as-if, the package never existed.

I used this UPS location as a package drop off point for recent orders. I found the owner to be rude to me and other customers while in the store, so rude that I wrote a negative review on ****** to warn other customers. The owner retaliated against me as a result. UPS informed me they would hold a package until 1/13, but the owner sent it back early, as my girlfriend was informed by the owner today (1/11) when she went to pick it up. Told her that she can never come to the store again.
