    We purchased a queen mattress set on 7/17/2023 at 4:30 pm it was delivered. My daughter whom is pregnant discovered a bed bug the following morning I called and text ****** ****** whom I believe is the owner and he also delivered the bed to explain to him that there was a bedbug on the mattress and I needed it removed immediately because its a health hazard for me and the new baby. He screamed at me and said he has been in business for years and never had a problem and the bed bug came from my home because its old. I was appalled and assured him Ive been living here for 2 years never had this bug in my homes and I didnt want a new one just get this one out of my home before it became a problem. He said no hung up on me. I called back he said I can bring the mattress back to him I stated I didnt have the means to do so please just remove it, he hung up again. I text him with a picture of the bed bug and asking him to resolve amicably no response just the store address.

    the customer bought regular queen ********************** and box spring and I delivered the set to her house for her daughter. When I went there I took the mattress upstairs but the box spring did not fit the stairs. I left the box spring there. After 2 hours she called and she asked for split box spring so I delivered spilt box spring to her house and took my regular box spring back. Tomorrow her daughter called me and said the mattress is too soft because Iam pregnant I cant sleep on the mattress because of my back. I told her if the mattress is still in plastic I will change the mattress to firm mattress than she said I already took the plastic off so I told her I cant take that mattress back because the plastic is off and I dont sale mattress without plastic but if you come to the store I will give you a very good mattress with a very good discount and she said to me ok let me talk to my mom and I will call you back. Than her mom call after 1 hour she was very angry and she said you have to take this Mattress and bring me another mattress so I told her I cant do that because if she doesnt come to the store and feel the mattress how can I bring her another mattress she was very angry and she said your mattress has a bedbug come through away your mattress than she hanged up the phone. I called her back I told her can you come to the store and check my mattresses and see if you fine any bedbug in my store I will give you back all your money and I will take my mattress back from you. She send me he cash up and said send me back my money I will make a complain. Thats it. I still have the offer that I give them if they want they can come to the store and chose what ever mattress she wants I will give her discount. Thanks for understanding
