      My wife’s psychiatrist, Anissa ******* ABANDONED her during her time of severe crisis, even hanging up on her during her crisis. Do not think this was some type of technical difficulty it was on purpose. Also might I add that through Anissa and her staffs complete and total INCOMPETENCE my wife —who has a multitude of antidepressant and sleeping medication dependent mental illnesses— was left without her *********** *********** ********** for almost a full week. Calling the office everyday but our request for her prescription to be sent to the pharmacy fell on deaf ears. Not only were the staff completely useless when we spoke to them, towards the end of our experience with them. They refused to answer our phone calls, which left us calling them on the upwards to nearly ten times a day with no answer and NO RETURNED phone call. I will admit, I got frustrated at their negligence of my partner —which through her into a mental spiral that completely devastated her mentally— and I was not the most kind to the office lady. However, when my wife’s psychiatrist FINALLY got into contact with her the first thing that incompetent cow said was that she was dropping my wife —who had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG— from her practice. She did not refer us to any other psychiatrist she simply stuck her nose up at my wife as if she were not a patient in very delicate psychological condition. I don’t even know what else to say other than how disgusted I am by the way she was treated. Do not go to her! I am filing a formal complaint not only with the better business bureau but the board of psychiatry as well. She should not be able to practice when her methods of practice harm her patients. As I’ve stated a couple of times, please please please if you care about your mental health or the mental health of your loved one take your business elsewhere because I assure you, you will find nothing but neglect and abandonment here.
