I’ve been with this therapist company for roughly three years and it’s always something from getting my appointment wrong or being rude when I show up. Yesterday I was supposed to go to therapy but I was called once EARLY I got me my toddler ready and waiting. I called back serval times to tell them no was here none of the numbers was working. I finally reached them after ten mins and I’m told the right time. I wait and I don’t get a call like I normally do five mins pass I notice the van outside to go I yell out I’m coming and next thing you know they leave. They all know I have a 2 year old and it takes me longer to get ready but they usually wait. Never more then five mins when I do have them wait. I’m then told Maxie the therapist their boss will call me I never got a call. I called again and was told I would get a call in the morning to set my appointment never got a call I had to again play phone tag with these so called grown women to get an answer and both times I was met with hostility.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/05/2023

    Good Evening,

I received the complaint this evening via mail. I read the complaint, and it was not aware this happened, but the van driver is contracted I don't have control. I haven't spoken to my staff because I received the complaint after the business hours. I don't have any feedback about their interaction with Ms. ******, but I can tell you Ms. ****** is a nice person who overreacts to situations at times. This is by no means a way to disregard her feelings or complaint. If she does not want to engage in therapy with our agency after three years, she has that right. I wish her the best and I hope she is treated with dignity and respect with her next therapist.

As the staff is concerned  i will review policy and procedures so our client are treated with respect and dignity.
