      They moved my elderly Mom from her independent living apartment in *********** ********** ********* to an assited living room within the same complex.

      Following the initial move, they were to wait for her to return to the independent living apartment to mark/retrieve what she wanted to keep prior to Alpine cleaning out everything left in the apartment.

      Alpine removed everything from the apartment prematurely and my Mom lost all of her family heirlooms, pictures, memories, etc.

      I worked with Alpine for a week after immediately notifying them (on Dec. 1) the items were missing. Kevin stated that he would be able to retrieve the items and would have them delivered to her new apartment. Five days later a worker shows up with a small box of items that didn't belong to my Mom.

      Two days later (7 days after initially notifying Ken of the missing items) we got a statement from an Alpine employee that they didn't have possession of the items and were going to see if a local 2nd hand donation center/store had the items.

      I expressed my displeasure with the meager attempts at retrieving the missing items and was met with complete indifference and indignation expressed by Kevin when pointing out the actions he failed to take.

      These were my Mom's lifelong possessions and to lose them at this age, and then to be brushed off as if they were insignificant is outrageous
