    We enrolled our son, ***** ******, in piano ******s. We had multiple problems with this business. They failed to let us know that his teacher was missing and insisted on having a substitute. We then decided that we were not going to renew ******s for a following year. However, he had one makeup ****** that was credited. The school refused to refund this ****** or to allow us to make this up, unless we signed up for another year. This violated the terms of the contract. We are seeking reimbursement for this one ****** as well as for two ******s that used substitute teachers, which were against our wishes (each ****** was $53.75).We are including here the emails sent to the business and the owner of the business (which did not receive a response). We subsequently attempted to resolve this by calling twice and speaking to them in person once (which were all denied).
