    Per his 06/21/23 letter, the item he ordered was not available. He was extended store credit for that item, as well as another item.  Both those store credits totaled $45.80.  That store credit was applied to a new order he placed, which was shipped on 07/17/23.  Invoice & tracking for this new order ****** is attached and shows delivered to Mr. Muhammad.

    Thank you for your recent response to Walid ******** *******. We have not yet heard from the consumer and are closing this case as answered.

    Following our usual procedure, BBB notified the consumer of your response and requested notification of whether or not a satisfactory resolution had been reached.  Unfortunately, the consumer has not notified our office if they are satisfied. BBB has determined that your company has addressed the issues within the complaint; therefore we have closed this case in our files. This matter will appear in your BBB Business Profile as: "Answered - The Business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer did not accept the response, OR BBB has not heard back from the consumer as to their satisfaction."

    We shipped customer's order to an incorrect address on 12/23/2022.  The order returned to us, and was shipped to his correct address on 01/26/2023.

    Per ****.com records, the order was successfully delivered to him on 01/28/2023.  Attached are all records.  We will also reach out to the customer.

    Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/11/23) */ We received a letter from Mr Ayala on 10/24/22 indicating he sent us stamps in order to purchase a prayer rug. We have no record of receiving any such stamps from him. Thus, due to non-receipt of any payment (and of any order), we are unable to send him anything. We attach herewith a letter we mailed him on 10/24/22 indicating such.
