    I went to get an oil change today and left out with my tent on my front window messed up from someone in the service department taking a sharp object and scraping an oil change sticker off my window. No one said anything and when I told Ryan in the service department he acted very nonchalant. Didn’t even offer me a loner for inconvenience. I had to threaten to call **** **** *** *******! And all of a sudden one can be available. Still waiting to get my window fixed! Service is terrible! I advice anyone who takes their car to this location to observe your vehicle before you leave for any damages.

    My experience with this dealer is not good. I bought a car on 08/07/23. The car I traded in still has not been paid off 09/01/2023. So I got hit with 2 car payments. One of the cars I do not even own anymore. In my opinion, this dealer is in financial trouble. I have never in my life seen a dealer take the full 30 days to pay off a trade-in. I know they are stretching it out to September so they have more financial gains. Hopefully, my trade-in will be paid off by 09/07/23. I have filed a Better Business Bureau claim and have not received a response. Unfortunately with this circumstance, I have to assume the worse that they will not hold up their end of the contract. I will be filing a claim with the DMV because of this delayed payoff. I also called a finance person (Marcus) and they said they would look into this and get back to me and that still has yet to happen. I would not recommend or use this dealer because it's almost getting to the point where I will have to obtain a lawyer as well. Who wants to go through all this trouble to buy a car?
    The finance team also tried to sneak a higher price for the car than what was agreed upon and said they did not know about the price when I was right there when the salesman wrote the paper up and handed it off.

    I brought a Jeep Compass back in 2019. My trunk has been leaking and they claimed they fixed the problem and a year later the same thing happened again. Was told on numerous times they would set up another appointment but I never receive a call. My car smell like mildew and nets is flying in my vehicle. I really believe this should be a recall on this vehicle because when I got it fixed the first time there was a customer complaining about the same issue in her Jeep trunk… When I asked to talk to a service manager he’s never available. I’m so disappointed in this dealership and I want my car fixed!

    Shady pricing. They have a price listed for a left over 22 jeep gladiator which they state they will honor, also on their website they have an ad that states they will pay 133% of kbb value for your trade. They ended up offering me 4k less than kbb for my trade and when I supplied them the kbb on my trade by using my actual VIN number and pointed out their ad stating the 133% over I was told I need to take the 133% of the trade or take the advertised price for the jeep they were selling I can't have both Shady they just low ball the trade to discount their car or give you more for the trade and over price theirs. Very shady and won't trust a dealership like this.
