This business impersonates the reservation department of *****************. When you call they answer Reservations. When I requested to get a refund for the flight I had to cancel I was told in order to get my refund they had to book a new ticket and then would refund the price of the new ticket and my cancelled ticket. Of course I never received the refund of either ticket. Many times I tried to call the number on the email of a ***** ******, but no one would answer or return a message. They also would not answer any email I sent to them. What is scary is they had all my flight information on the ***************** *************** Authorisation email they sent me. This company should be investigated for fraud and be shut down. I dont know how they can claim to represent ***************** and ******* unsuspecting peoples money. When I contacted ***************** yesterday inquiring about the status of my refund, ***************** was the one to alert me that this was a fraudulent incident.

This company posed as southwest, and double charged us for an airline ticket. The attendant was pushy, and was trying to get more information from my spouse to change all of her flights. Thankfully ********** detected the fraud. We blocked them, and the charges were stopped, but this company needs to be shut down.

My partner and I purchased a flight (2 tickets) from *** to ***** to leave on Aug 3 with Air Emirates. On Aug 2, I received a phone call from someone claiming to represent Air Emirates (******* *****) who informed me that our 2 tickets were stand by tickets and there were many guests in front of us. He knew all of the details of the flight, including the 3rd party where we purchased our tickets. We panicked because we had an expensive vacation and business trip that required us to be in ***** on time. He told us not to worry. We just need to reissue our tickets (not stand by). This would require us to pay for the tickets again ($1513), but we would then have the fee refunded. This was the only way to change the status of our tickets. We paid the fee and received notification that we would receive our full refund in ***** days (I have this documentation). I have never received the refund. I have called and spoke with ******* *************) and his supervisor multiple times. Each time I received a different excuse, including that my refund was sent to the wrong person due to a software issue. Today when I call, ******* immediately hung up on me when I told him who I was. They do not work for air Emirates. The email messages I have received are from airtravelpad.com. They told me they are located in *********, but the phone call seems to come from ***********, **. Can you please help me to get my money back. ********* supervisor goes by ***** ******. His number is ************** (X9068) I would be happy to forward the multiple messages where they promised my refund was forthcoming.

I am rejecting this response because: The company is a scam, and they are lying to you. I already ***orted it to my credit card. I spoke with a *** from ************. The company (******* *****) informed me that my 2 airline tickets were standby and needed to be updated as there were many people ahead of me on the standby list and I wouldn't get on the flight. Once I updated the tickets ($1513), ******* said he would refund me. I shared that email already. There was never an issue with my airline tickets. ************ confirmed that my tickets were NOT standby. and they have nor record of my ticket being "upgraded". Further, the **** company never told me to dispute the charge. In fact, just recently, after speaking with the supervisor (***** ******), I was told I would get the refund within 48 hours. I requested (and received) an email from them confirming this. I uploaded the email message. This has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, far worse than the loss of $1513. I hope you will work to end this fraud.

    Sincerely,

    ***** ******
