    Company failed to obtain prior authorization (was told prior auth had been obtained); 2 claims have denied. >$10K in claims. ************ made me pay $254.64 prior to shipping out medical devices (CGM/insulin pump); which were late arrival due to their lack of follow through. Company put my health in danger.
    Now my Insurance cannot get appeals overturned and company refuses to refund my paid $254.64 on denied claims. BCBS states they cannot bill me for these services, however they will not refund me either.
    Have contacted on 8.2.2022 with BCBS requesting refund. Entered request or processed by *************
    Called 8.29.2022; will not enter refund request unless speak with supervisor. waited for 40 min. None available advised they will call me back; no return call.
    They are avidly avoiding the requests for refund as well as processing any appeals on their part.

    That complaint is against another RGH Enterprises, Inc. There is a RGH Enterprises, Inc out of ******** that is in the medical field. We get calls and complaints that are for them.
    We are RGH Enterprises, Inc in Maryland. We sell office and related supplies. We have never done business with and do not know the person who put in the complaint. Please redirect your complaint to the correct company.
