    I entered into a one-year lease agreement with HQ Coworking for a Dedicated Desk at their **************** location. The purpose of this lease was to secure a professional coworking space within walking distance from my home. However, due to ongoing, excessive noise disruptions, I can no longer utilize the space as intended, and my reasonable expectations as a tenant have not been met.Specific Issues:1. Noise from the Dog Wellness Spa (Happy Dog Baltimore): HQs coworking office is located directly above a dog spa (Happy Dog Baltimore, located on the first floor). The *** provides grooming, acupuncture, and cleaning services, which result in frequent and loud dog barking throughout the day. HQ installed white noise machines on the ceiling in an attempt to mitigate the problem, but this measure has failed to block the noise adequately. ************* has admitted that ************* is necessary to resolve this issue. They indicated they are discussing solutions with the building owners but have provided no firm timeline or plan for resolution.2. Noise from the *************: Additionally, a Fashion House located on the first floor plays excessively loud music, particularly during evenings and weekends. I have recorded videos and decibel readings that demonstrate the noise levels. The sound is so disruptive that it is impossible to work or hold virtual meetings effectively.3. Failure to Provide Reasonable Accommodations: I notified HQ of these issues through formal complaints and requested to terminate my lease since the space cannot fulfill its intended purpose as a professional working environment. HQs response was to offer me a transfer to a different coworking location, which is no longer within walking distance of my home. This defeats the purpose of the original agreement and places an unfair financial and logistical burden on me.Please note: A full complaint letter is attached, with additional detail.

    Here is a copy of my official address forwarding confirmation from the USPS.  With this, I am not using any services at HQ Lancaster--including the space, business mail address, etc.
