      On July 12 at 12:38, I attempted to park in the parking garage run by the company *******, located at ********************************************************************************************, ********. I was not going to a business in the building where the garage is located but to an art museum nearby. The garage had no human attendants and no bar that lifts on entering and exiting, and no dispenser of tickets. I entered and parked. Once I had done so, I discovered that the only way to pay was using a smart phone. This in itself seems like a problem to menot everyone has an IPhone and if they do, they arent always working. I did have my IPhone but did not have the parking app installed. I downloaded it. I tried several times to enter my data and pay for parking but every time I almost was done, the screen vanished and I had to begin again. I asked another person for help but he was unable to make it work. I looked for an attendant. I did not know anyone in the building. I gave up and exited the garage. There was no way to pay on exiting except by phone. I left and was able to park in a different lot. I have received a ticket directly from SP Plus sparking company based on photos taken of my vehicle entering and exiting the building. They have charged me a fine and for the 15 minutes I was in the garage trying to find a way to pay for parking using my phone. The ticket is from the company, not from the city of Baltimore. I entered a dispute with the companys form had only a couple of sentences to explain and no other way to reach them to make my case. The denied my dispute appeal and said their investigation was inconclusive, so they demand I pay the fine, which is $40. I feel this is unfair. I want to have my story fully heard. I cannot figure out who to go to in this company. Any person who drove in to park in this garage and had no phone or a dead phone or a phone that did not handle the parking app could be charged a fine at this facility, as I was. Please help me with this dispute.

      Be advised that this location, as stated in the signage attached to this response is an automated facility and there is no cashier onsite. It is customer error if after viewing all of the signage in the garage they do not exit. That said, please provide the citation/violation number or your vehicle license plate # and state so that I can view and investigate this further.

      Actually, the business SP Plus Parking did not resolve my complaint. They just told you that they had resolved it. When I wrote you, I told you that I had disputed the claim. They gave me very little room in the form to describe what had happened, and then they refused to my dispute and said that I must pay them. They did not attempt to reach out to me to ask what had happened. I have written to them directly again to tell them that I want to re-open the dispute. Please re-open this claim.

      I you look on ****** Maps at this business address, ************************************************************************, you will see that other people have complained about the lack of signage or ability to pay and that they tried to find a way to pay but were unable to do so. Others have accused this company of scamming and unethical policies. I agree with those complaints. The company suggested that those adding complaints to the ****** Maps address should reach out to their management using an email address, *********************** I have sent an email to them about this.
