    I went to Deville Ink (tattoo shop) on April 6, 2023 to get a tattoo for myself and two family members. The issue arouse with my tattoo. I requested a subtle ear tattoo consisting of music notes and flowers on the top half of my left ear. I choose 3 light colors (light purple, pink, green) consist with the subtle art I requested. After spending more than 3 hours talking with the tattoo artist (Auch) I believed he was capable of the tattoo I wanted for my left ear. Once my tattoo was done- to my ShOck and disguise- it was nothing near what was discussed or agreed upon!! This subtle left ear tattoo is not only the wrong colors (very dark blue) but a scribbled mess not even close to my request or anything reasonable or acceptable!!. Furthermore, this tattoo is on the entire left ear. After talking with and trying to work with the owners of the business: ********* Deville - there is still NO acceptable resolution. **** even tried to add colors to tone down this bad art! It is still a mess on my left ear- so bad I have to use makeup to cover my ear daily because it looks so bad! At this point, I am requesting a full refund of what I paid for this NIGHTMARE ear tattoo ($165) and the fee for a tattoo removal on the left ear ($500). Additionally, I was charged and payment was demanded that day- even though I was totally unsatisfied and verbalized that immediately to shop supervisor Bre and the tattoo artist Auch. I paid $165 for the ear tattoo and request that amount back along with the cost of a full tattoo removal $500.Totally $665.00

    *Salesperson:  Spoke to ****** (front desk/store manager) and **Auch:  the tattoo artist who messed up my ink
    *Product/Service:  tattoo on left top of ear
    *Payments:   total of $386.90
    BREAK  DOWN OF CHARGES:
    I paid for 3 tattoos: 
    1 for niece $106     
    1 for daughter $106
    1 for myself $174
    I am only requesting REFUND for myself at $165
    Along with TATTOO REMOVAL:  $500/full left ear tattoo removal
