    I learned of this school through a family member and was told to text the number and ask for information. The director/owner responded to my request for info by sending me a text back letting me know the deposit was 250 to hold my seat and she offered scrubs. I paid the 250 and 50 for scrubs. I had a set of personal tragedies happen in my family and would not be able to attend the classes so i messaged the owner ms pinkett to inform her i wasn't attending and i wanted a refund. She told me her policy is deposits are non refundable because she orders kits when you send your money. Throughout all of our text she never referred me to her website or told me the deposit was not refundable. She never mentioned she purchased kits or anything else with the money she just stated it was to hold my seat. She says I should've looked up the website and made sure myself. If you are conducting your business through text on occasion then the first text you should send is a link to the website. She refused to send me my money back and said i should've looked her up to see if the deposit was refundable or not.

    Hello Ms **** reached out to me apologizing for for reacting the way that she did !!! I’ve accepted her apology and understood where she was coming from ! I also let her know her approach was very rude , I had no idea what happened to her family! Had she clearly stated that first with a respectful approach then things could have worked out differently… Also I have a no refund policy, that I strongly stand on .. and her self and future students need to respect that .. I’ve sent proof showing her text messages.. hopefully this can be dropped
