  Stilwell's Plumber, Hakeem and his assistance Noah, came to my home on Christmas Eve to repair a drain issue that caused my basement to flood due to a blockage. They arrived about 2pm and did not leave until 8:30pm. Hakeem and his assistant worked diligently to resolve the issue that required them to essentially dismantle and rebuild a substantial amount of the plumbing infrastructure in my basement. Hakeem did an excellent job keeping me appraised of what had to be done and in addition, not only the cause of the blockage, but steps to prevent it in the future. He reminded me of the type of Tradesman that existed decades ago who were dedicated to completing a task based on professional integrity and dedication, not simply getting in and out as quickly as possible. It didn't matter that it was late into Christmas Eve night and that my home was located about 40 miles north of Baltimore; he was determined they weren't leaving until the job was complete and completed correctly. For that type and degree of steadfastness, reliability and his honesty, I'm giving Hakeem and Noah a 5 Star recommendation. They both displayed excellent character both professionally and personally. Because of my experience with these company employees/representatives I won't hesitate to recommend Stilwell Plumbers to neighbors. Thank you, Hakeem and Noah!

  This company came out to do repair work and I’m letting the worker know what’s going on and he’s telling me it’s no way possible. First off the circuit breaker box isn’t wired properly and I’m getting yelled at because I let the worker know that the box is operating in the off position. This issue can cause an extreme electrical fire and no one isn’t doing anything. Basically, I was lied on and said I was the one that was TELLING the worker what to do and yelling at him. How can you do the job if I’m not present. First off I have the right to be present in my home while there’s a contracted worker and voice what the issue is. How would you know what to do, if I don’t tell you the problem. I’ve reached out multiple times to speak to a manager of this worker but I was advised yesterday from a Mrs.******** “To do what I’m going to do and their going to do what they need to do on their end”. Who talks to someone like this. This company is a third party contractor for CR of Maryland. Now I’m seeing how they run hand and hand.

  Stilwell plumbing was amazing . Late at night I had a client who had a pipe burst in Oxen Hill Maryland . When their regular crew couldn't come out , they had another crew not scheduled help us because they couldn't let us be helpless. Wow that's customer service !!!
