      I contacted World Wide Corp. for major water damage to the In-Law-suite. The Owner gets 2 stars for helpful information. I contact ****** ***** *******, and they snaked the outside lines that were clear. I gave World Wide Corp. the results and I let them know I was ready to have my sewer line snaked out. The Owner came Thursday (or Friday) morning. I said to him: I thought you were going to be able to snake out my sewer line today. He stated he was there to give me an estimate. My water damage was extensive. There were two other companies that already completed airing out, mold remediation, water abatement, ductwork cleaning, and later gutted out. The Owner saw the basement and In-Law-Suite. The Owner quoted an estimate to snake out from the inside to the outside and a quote if mud and tree debris are in the sewer line. (They don't remove trees and that's ok.)
      The Owner gave me a date: Monday, March 13, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. I received no call that morning before leaving to go to my home. The reason I leave to go to my home: I am not able to live in my home because of: no running water; due to plumbing issues that caused the water to back up and flood the In-law-suite and other areas. There is no heat due to the water level being so extensive it damaged the heating system. I am staying somewhere else. I arrived at 8:12 a.m. (late myself, and still no call from World Wide Corp). I waited until almost 9:00 a.m. and called the company. I allow time due to traffic. The operator contacted the plumber and the operator told me the plumber was on another job that was an emergency. The operator said the plumber wants to reschedule for later that day and he apologized. I told the Operator, to forget it and that I had other things scheduled that day and waited and trusted the Owner to help me. Is my home not an emergency? I work on a Naval ship, my family wasn't able to contact me. I came home to those issues. I am a single woman/mom and this is how I'm treated.
