    Back in April I orderd 2500 sampling glasses for my annual beer festival. I've alway used *** in the past and they've always been very responsive but i have not heard one word from them since May. All i want is an update on shipping so i can coordinate the delivery as it's a storage unit and ****** has to meet the delivery driver there. My team and I have made numerous attemps via phone, email, social media, and any other way we could thing of and we've heard nothing back and my company and we are now out over $2100 and we have no glasses for our beer festival as the turn around time is to short.

    Good afternoon, I am contacting you on behalf of this business in Baltimore that has apparently closed permanently although they owe me about $2400 worth of products they never shipped to me that I prepaid for in April. I am specifically seeking the products I ordered and I'm fine with sourcing these types of custom printed products elsewhere in the future as I really need these items right away....that according to the owner of the business, were completed and we were just awaiting shipping. Otherwise I would like a full refund on my order. Thank you, *****
