    Thornhill is the managing company for a shopping center with security in my area. I require thornhill to obtain a copy of a report from their hired security company for the safety of my child! The hired security company wants me to spend thousands of dollars to have an attorney request the report when Thornhill could simply do it for free and immediately to help a minor! If they don't want to help communities they should GET OUT OF THEM!

    Thornhill is still registered as the management company of this property on every public listing. Please ask them to provide the new owners information. I have spoken with 3 different agents at this company and they have all verified the property contracted to this company. ******* specifically could have told me this information over the phone as we are in communication.

    Thornhill Properties is the Property Manager for Bolton Park Condominiums, where I reside. In addition to extremely slow response times to certain issues, and issues that have been outstanding for months, we were assessed close to $1800 for damage repair to our downstairs neighbor's ceiling from a leak. We asked for substantiation (pictures, time & material, anything!) that we can provide to our insurance company, other than the vague generic description we were provided. 4 months later, we are still waiting for their response, despite several requests.

    Please see the attached work order for the work that was completed in resident's unit which was previously sent to the resident on November 3rd 2023.
