    I bought tickets online and drove 2 hours, paid tolls and the aquarium was closed due to a facility issue. I still have not received a refund after waiting 6 days, customer service is super rude and they wont refund me my tolls. They had my contact information and could have called, texted or emailed me to alert their customers that the facility was closed for the day instead of having people drive their whole families down there just for it to be closed and then make us wait DAYS for our money back. I am out 189.99 in ticket prices, 25.00 in tolls plus gas and time. I would have expected much more elegance and grace coming from such an organization. Disappointed is un understatement.

    My wife wasted a trip to the Baltimore National Aquarium on Thursday, May 18th. She was told she could not take a stroller into the aquarium (for "security reasons"), but was expected to carry a 9-month old around for several hours. This is only a week after visiting the aquarium in Kansas City, where strollers are not an issue at all. Incredibly disappointing!
