I called Paradigm on 1/10/202 to question them about setting up a subscription for Project Prophecy. I had just watched a video about a new computer algorithm that could find events that would trigger what they call a blue bump which meant the stock had been picked out to rise in its stock price. It was very clear that it was *** ******** program but the computer would be making the recommendation for stock choices. At the end of the program the cost was to be $149.00. The sight would not let me sign up. I called the next morning and was told that My account had been red flagged so I could not enroll in any programs. I was very frustrated with this as said I would then cancel my accounts with them. She was able to cancel some of the cheaper subscriptions, but I had to talk to someone else for the other three programs, two of the programs cost $1995.00 and the third $1817.00. The man taking the call was very aggressive and stated they had already switched a program out because I had called and stated that I did not want the program because *** R just talked about ***** all the time and I was not getting the recommendations for stock that were promised. They would not offer a refund because in the past I had tried to cancel a subscription because I was receiving chemotherapy at that time and struggled with clear thinking. He that he had put a hold on all additional programs. He also stated that I had cancelled all of my automatic renewals. I don't do autorenewal because I and not afforded almost $6000,00. I have to plan for those kinds of costs. He was yelling about all three of this answer. I tried to explain but he was stuck on me not liking *** *. and trying to sign up for another of his programs. I tried to explain that the program I was signing up for was a computer algorithm program not the messenger *** *. By this time, he was yelling over anything I said. I was very upset and asked him to refund my money for all the programs I bought. He Hung up.
