      Was going to be late to an appointment so tried to notify them by phone but was on hold so long, decided to go late to appointment. Crestwood receptionist was rude and unfriendly. Refused to check to see if I could be worked into the schedule. Refused to give me a new appointment unless I waited 30 minutes so she could process existing customers. I will find another place to do radiology from now on.

      I went to a CRA office in Rockville, Maryland, for an MRI. The facility seemed fine. However, when I took the results of the MRI to my physician he told me that it was among the poorest quality images that he's seen. He advised me never to go to a CRA facility again as they generally used lower quality equipment

      Horrible to deal with. During one of my appointments they gave me someone else's results that were terrible. They were results related to my condition but not my results.
      During another appointment, I told them that I have satisifed my out of pocket. They processed money on my HSA and will now take 30 days to refund the payment. That's not their money to keep for another 30 days.
      Hoping I never have to go back to them again.
