I am emailing regarding a contracted event for Live! in *** on 21 Sep 2024. Per the email below, we had a contract in place only to arrive and it not be honored. We paid $1300 in advance to be denied entry/seating upon arrival. Nothing was ready before 8 PM. We had people travel from various states to come out for this promotion celebration in honor of our 20+ year Air Force Veteran who made E-9. We had to literally pull up the contract to be seated in an entirely different area than what wed reserved. We were eventually contacted by *** W ******* the general manager, after reaching out to Mr. *** via email, and was offered a refund for the dessert platter, the entertainment fee, and a $250 voucher to dine-in again at a later date of which there is no proof of. They told us $100 was already refunded to Rowes card. She has yet to receive any refund whatsoever. The pending refund no longer shows. All items paid for werent received during the night. Each platter was to feed a minimum of 25 people. However, that was not the case. The group was issued roughly 6 brownies and 6 cookies for 25 people. Fries were $80 but werent nearly enough for 25 people. The event was 7-9 and the party wasnt seated until 8 because the manager never shared the contract with the next shift of people coming in to work. We were refused seating and had to show them the contract. Something they should have been tracking. Its embarrassing to say the least, to have guest arrive for an event and be told there isnt a reservation, one that had been pre-paid. The. They refused to give us the itemized bill at the end of the night of which included the drinks. $1300 was spent in advance. The least the ** could do was refund half considering the facts at hand and for failing to honor the contract. Please have someone from corporate reach out to Chief Master Sergeant ******** **** at *********************** or *****************. Again we just want to be compensated fairly. Thanks.

I reserved 10 seats at a certain price & when I got there, Carri Rutkowski, the head of reservations, said she only had 6 of my 10 seats. They would not even look at the many emails I have from her confirming my seats. She is a LIAR & for all the stress cause with my guests from Georgia, I couldn't even get something free! They are con artists at Texas Live & the public needs to be warned. I also want a full refund of my money spent
