****** ***** of Home Buyers Express was an excellent realtor to work with. She showed professionalism, caring and empathy every step of the way; providing exactly what the family needed at a very difficult time. She came into the house quietly and respectfully, and worked with the family to ensure a smooth transition. ****** is a person of integrity whom I would highly recommend. Dealing with someone who is honest and caring is everything in today’s world.

My family found ourselves needing to sell my elderly stepmother’s house as she was to be housed in an assisted living facility. The house required a lot of updates which made it difficult since I live out of state. I contacted Home Buyers Express to see if they might be interested in purchasing the house. ****** was so easy to work with! She went to the house and assessed what needed to be done and offered us a very reasonable price. We had a few hiccups along the way but with each step ****** was there to help guide us along. Overall it was a wonderful and pain free experience . I would highly recommend working with ****** and her company Home Buyers Express.Home Buyers Express

We bought a home from them as first time buyers. The townhome was brand new inside and completely updated. We were extremely happy with it and after a few days we had an unknown plumbing blockage from a tree root and home buyers express owners called me directly and payed for total cost to redo plumbing and had it done the next morning so we didn't go without water usage. We are extremely happy with our experience with them and would recommend them to others in the future.Home Buyers Express

As a buyer's agent, I had a great experience working with Andrea and Home Buyers Express. Andrea was always accessible by phone and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. All home inspection issues were dealt with promptly and correctly. Even after the deal closed, when the buyers encountered an issue with the house, Home Buyers Express went back out to take care of the problem without hesitation. I was impressed by their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile throughout the transaction. We purchased a home from home buyers express and were totally in love with our newly renovated dream home. After a few days we encountered an issue with the sewer line which no one could have foreseen. Andrea P**** and her company had her plumbers out the next day and completely payed for and fixed the following day. They made the encounter smooth and painless for us. Andrea was amazing to work with.
I'm new to home buying and selling. After I inherited a house unexpectedly I wasn't sure whether to keep or sell. Once I made the decision to move on I realized there was too much work for just me to do. So I decided to sell as is. I knew going in I wouldn't get my max value and was sure I would be weighing all the offers I got to get the most out of it.
I was 100% wrong. After going on ****** (like you are now) I search who in my area bought houses as is. And the one name that stood out was home buyers and Andrea P****. With 72 5 star reviews and none below that, Andrea became the clear choice. Not only does she have a great history working with people who need to move on from a house but even if she couldn't help directly she would help indirectly by giving clients the best advice she could give.
She came in did her walk through, and in a day I got an offer close enough to what I wanted that if I didn't even bother calling anyone else. In a few weeks I closed on my house in Maryland, and now I'm back where I belong. Thank you again Andrea.Home Buyers Express

Andrea P**** is a great person to work with on selling a house. She was very helpful with the Selling of our house. We live in Florida and needed a agent in Maryland. She was highly recommended on the BBB website. So glad we went with her. Andrea sold our house quickly and was there for us all the way.
