    The company is our property manager and has been collecting rent for us. They owe us two months rents - amount $2992. I have attempted to contact them via text, email without success.

    - Entered contract with Dunne Wright Services, LLC (D&W) on July 6th 2023.- Contract with D&W stated that D&W is responsible for repairing my property for rental, get all paperwork related to rental done (inspections, licenses, etc), advertise to find tenant, and provide update/maintenance to property.- I paid D&W $6000 in total.- By November, I asked D&W over email the progress of finding tenant. After multiple attempt at contacting D&W over emails and phone calls, I finally received a response saying that they forgot to market my property.- Property did not get placed on market until near the end of December 2023.- D&W never found a tenant for me by end of our 1 year contract. Through out this time, it always take weeks of phone calls and emails before I get a response from them.- When the contract ended. The account I had with them still have $555.66 left that they need to send back to me. On a phone call with D&W the day after the contract ends, D&W said they will send me the money. It has been over a month and I still have not receive the money. They have since refused to answer emails and phone calls from me.- I also got the keys for my property back from them and walked through my property. The property had major water leak issues that D&W did not report to me. There are a lot of issues with the property that was not there when I handed D&W the keys to it at the beginning of the contracts: Broken parts of the stove (Stove was brand new at the beginning), water damage on ceiling, leaking roof, leaking skylight, mold in basement, water leaking in basement, broken gutter, etc.- It is currently cost me around $13,000 to fix all the issues. a lot of those issues was either promised to be fixed by D&W as part of the initial rental prep. And some came up during the time they manage my property.- There are more complains that the characters limit is preventing me from listing.

    D&W Properties (Dunne Wright Services) manages multi-family properties for my ******** in the ************ area. They have been charging us incorrect management fees for almost a year and they ignore our every request to correct this and refund the owed amount. They are also holding our tenant security deposits which we have been asking for, for over 4 months. On top of that, they failed to provide us with a tenants December payment and also the full net profit payments for March and May of 2024. They are currently 2 weeks late on sending us the June profit as well and have also been ignoring our daily requests for correction. Below you will find an outlining of all issues. After a couple weeks, the owner **** **** said he would send the fees owed with the April statement, which he never did. He later said he would include it in the May statement, and failed to do that as well. He has been ignoring us every since, via text, phone, and whatsapp which is the platform he sets us to provide communication to his customers.Unpaid Management Fee: As per our signed agreement, the management fee should be 8%. However, they charge 10%. Missing Rent Payment (December, Unit 2 Tenant, *********************)Unreturned Security Deposits (1812 ******** & 437 Elrino)Specifically, regarding 1812 ******** (a property they managed for us but we were selling), both I and my realtor/title company contacted D&W weeks before the closing date (April 22nd, 2024) to ensure the security deposit was available for transfer to the buyer. Despite phone calls, emails, and ******** messages, we were consistently ignored. On closing day, **** finally contacted me. He requested we cover the security deposit ourselves with the promise of reimbursement, citing a procedural delay. We agreed, but haven't received any payment ************** Deposit Request (437 Elrino): Given the ongoing issues, we request the prompt return of the security deposit for 437 Elrino as well.

    D&W rental office has an abusive discriminatory way of responding according to the race. D&W needs to stop the systemic harassment from the people who live or visit ********************************************. I'm disabled senior and I'm tired and sick of this sporadic endless harassment from those young males who come to my entrance for harassment with their suspicious behavior of hiding their face, meeting people at my entrance at **************************** not their entrance at **************I have been targeted and harassed by the tenants of at ****************************************** since they lived there. Those tenants are giving my address to many people to meet with them at my entrances at **************************** and making everyone think that is their residency in case if they have a problem, it will be tossed at me! This is impersonation leading to a severe damage and disturbing our peace in this quiet corner of decent neighbors. Those people/visitors park their cars BESIDE my cars in the opposite direction in front of my main entrance, kind of provocative harassment and intimidation to possible hit and run. It happened twice which it means it is intentionally. I confronted one of those visitors after I thought he hit my car and I saw one covered head-as usual- young man came from 520 Church and met with that visitor at another neighbor door.************************************** **************************** **************************** **************************** **************************** **************************** . Those young, covered head males whether they are the sons/kins of the 2nd floor lady are trying persistently to take over my front door and driveway for a suspicious activity. Covering their heads and face all seasons or storming in groups all of the sudden at my front gate or hide at the dark at my driveway waiting some drivers to stop by my gate not their residence or at least nearby make it suspicious. They have no business whatsoever at my doors. This is an introduction to the HUMAN TRAFFICKING to control me against my will! This systemic endless harassment needs to stop. They picked my house among many houses of their kins and buddies to do whatever they want assuming I'm easy prey for them to control. They hide their faces most of the time to avoid being identified. Many people talk about DRUG ACTIVITIES by my side at ******* ***** and I hope **** ************************* can investigate that talks I had complained to **************** and I got retaliated against from the tenants by sending 2 visitor to my door one in the morning on Jan 6 and another one by my driveway around 5 pm .

    On November 25, 2022 I went to D&W office and gave them 2,502 got the keys when I went to the unit it was horrible it was bad the kitchen and the bathroom had roaches it was dirty no one cleaned it the bathroom ceiling was falling the bathtub was OMG horrible, that place was not in any way safe to live in at all I don't know how it passed *** inspection there is no way so when I told them that I would not be moving in they started acting like I was crazy I went to the housing place on Wednesday and canceled my application I also took the keys back to D&W office and now no one is letting me know about my money and when I'll be getting it back I asked an attorney to see what I can do they said I am intitled to get my money back since this was not my fault at all. All I want is my money back I and when I asked them when they act like am asking for to much I feel like the company needs people that know what they are doing and to start treating people with a little more respect because of this I am staying at my daughter apartment for now I am moving to Delaware mid Jan with my fiancé.

    Me and my mom (joint rental) have filed multiple maintenance request for over a year that either have met w/ very little diligence or half attempted work even AFTER getting their own rental inspector to make sure the home is compliance to rent it (which DW advised me after I asked for a copy of the report, they've never had a tenant ask for documentation when it comes to movement related to where they stay, especially after an inspection not orders by us). They worked on mold in a room a month and a half after and never finished the dry wall. I also have multiple orders for maintenance still needing attention like my light switch in my bathroom that's been on file for over a month that keeps cutting my power on despite it being to Off which i let Dawn know is a electrical hazard and runs up my power bill. I was met w/ "we have the order but has not been assigned yet" (again, over a month now). They are quick to hold you to the cross w/ money owed but slow in reciprocity when it comes to what they need to do. And they wonder why their case at court was thrown out "with prejudice". Get. It. Together. Every rental place i mention DW to cringes or looks like they've seen a ghost based on their reputation w/ other competitors in their business market which you would think would be enough to move with more polish to validate them believing they can compete.
