    Unscrupulous frauds...charged $895 to swap out a battery for my 91 year old mother. Would not provide a detailed invoice as to services provided and have completely ignored inquiries for additional information. On top of the overcharging, they were over an hour late in arriving.
    Makes me sick to my stomach that service providers take advantage of senior citizens like this.

    I’m leaving this review because my car was towed 7.5 miles for $997.00, and I was overcharged for services I didn’t even receive. I didn’t get a tire change—it was simply a tow. This experience taught me that I need to speak up, especially when dealing with someone like this, even though I was desperate to get home.
    When I reached out to express my concerns, Kevin spent a lot of time justifying the charges, exaggerating what happened, and seemingly believing his version of events was the truth.
    What’s even more troubling is that when I asked for a refund of the $145 for the tire change that never happened, he threatened legal action if I pursued a chargeback. way to go.
    Kevin, if you’re reading this, I hope you take this as a moment to reflect. You’ve put so much energy into justifying your actions. This doesn’t bring peace.
    Until you stop doing this, you will attract this kind of situation into your life - forever. Life only improves when we treat people with fairness, honesty, and compassion. I genuinely hope you pause and reflect so you can make changes that benefit both you and the people you serve. Also, enjoy writing a reply to my comment. You seem to have a lot of time for it.     DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!! RIP OFFSAND SCAMMERS!!!
    I would give them ZERO stars if I could! We paid them $1336 to come place 2 new tires and they have never showed up. Tried calling them 20 or more times(myself and my husband) and they won't answer any of the numbers we called to find out what's going on or get our money back.
