      CMT contractors is awesome. First of all, they gave me the best price out of the four roofing companies I contacted (Rosedale Roofing, and two others that I forget). Then, they finished my main roof and addition in one day— They arrived when they said they would, both day and time. As for communication, the owner mainly contacted me through text and call since I have a busy schedule, and the mobile payment web portal worked well both for squaring up the deposit and final balance. Any additional costs, like for unforeseen rotted plywood, etc, were very transparent in the beginning.
      The workers were very respectful of the space. They were careful around the new shrubs I planted all around the house without me even having to ask, and they even took my trash to the curb for me in the morning, since I had forgotten to do so. They cleaned up excellently in the end. The walkways and adjacent deck look better than I left them.
      They do not beg for good reviews. The owner did not ask me once nor did I ever receive a literature packet or QR code to leave a review. That is probably why they do not have any other reviews yet on BBB, even though they have been an established company for like twenty years. In fact, the only reason I know of them is because they did my parents' roof ten years ago, and it still looks great. Their roof has never had any leaks or issues, so I felt confident in my decision to go with CMT. Thank you George.
