**** was able to come out same-day on a Saturday and give estimates for options as well as even more importantly, immediately patch roof to stop further leaking/damage during a rainy week. Work was completed 3 days later after rainstorm. Prices were reasonable, work was fast and professional. Overall, definitely would recommend and use again.

**** and his team have been our go-to for multiple home improvement projects, and they never disappoint!First, we worked with **** to install a new gutter and silver coat our roofhis workmanship and communication were top-notch, making the entire process seamless.Later, when roofing issues arose, we didnt hesitate to call **** back to redo our roof. Once again, his team delivered exceptional results with clear communication every step of the way.Most recently, we had them seal coat and repaint our bricks and trim. During the project, we realized our windows needed resealing, and our front door needed replacing. ***** team responded immediately, handling everything on the fly with expert advice, fair pricing, and outstanding communication.We wouldnt trust anyone else with our home!Kelbie Home Improvement, Inc.

Really great company. Return my call after one hour came out to give an estimate the same day a free written estimate was able to make arrangements to do the job quickly. Got everything done as agreed. Very friendly people to work with cleaned up well done a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends Installed a new roof new gutters new downspouts Even was able to make repairs on the leaks that I had on the drywall and now it looks like it never did happen My wife was very pleased with the interior guy and the roof job. Very neat and efficient. Very polite. We even bought them lunch a couple of times well they were working on the job. Very nice people. Mr Kelbie has provided top quality work at a fair price the job went well. Cleanup went well was able to give me a warranty through a manufacture ***. Was very pleased with the project and the estimate would definitely recommend Kelbie to any of my neighbours or my friends. Hope to do more business in the future. I Called Kelbie roofing due to a leak in my son's room. I signed a contract for a 20 year rubber membrane roof for $5300 and they installed the next day. Shortly after it rained, and there was water pouring out of the top of several windows on my 2nd floor. I called K***** and he told me there was no way it was the roof and he told me he was going to charge me $425 if they came out to inspect and it wasn't the roof. I argued and he agreed to inspect it after trying to sell me another $4000 service to seal my bricks. He sent me some pics after the inspection and said everything is good and that its my gutters that need to be replaces and my windows need to be resealed. I hired a company to replace my gutters and seal my windows. A few days later it rained and the water came pouring out of my windows again. I called the gutter/window company. They came out and inspected the gutters, windows and the roof. They asked when I last had my roof replaced. I said I just had it done a few months ago. They pointed out some "questionable work" including gaps and waviness in the flashing as well as areas that water was pooling on my roof from poor workmanship and sent me photos. I sent these to Mr. K*****, who said that that company was in no position to comment on his work, since they had only been in business for 3 years. He accused me of harassment and said he was going to contact a lawyer. He has never come out to do any repairs or even further inspect the roof that was supposed to be warrantied for 20 years.Kelbie Home Improvement, Inc.

The roof was inspected. He does have a warranty on his roof. there is nothing wrong with the roof. The problem was the wall and the gutter. He had somebody else replaced the gutter. This person is now harassing me because this job was done back in 2019 and two years later he started because he had a leak and now he's going on different social media and reposting his one star review. He turned me into the License. Bored turned me into the better. State Attorney General's office after everything was thrown out he went onto ****** posted a one star review went onto **** posted a one star review apparently he just doesn't like me personally I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do for this customer sounds like he has a personal vendetta with me I hope he can get a life and move on. There's nothing wrong with his roof or the work that we did for him when I told him what the problem was he thought I was trying to upsell him. it's been about 3 to 4 years now since our last encounter, but he still coming back posting reviews trying to get my business blackball i'm so sorry for him. Overall, very disappointed in the overall experience with the Kelbie team. They were very unprofessional, unorganized, and eventually started harassing both myself and my pregnant wife in front of our 14 month old child. I have text threads and phone calls that convey legitimate harassment by the Kelby team who overall were unpleasant to work with. Details below.
Despite the contract saying final payment is due upon completion of the project, the Kelbie team demanded final payment before finishing. They said the project was done at 10PM on a Saturday and demanded payment immediately (despite me not being home to verify) and despite needing to send a crew back on Monday to actually finish the job.
While I appreciated the various options they provide to pay for the project, I was blown away at how Mike K***** mishandled client finances. When referring to payment by check, he was quick to send an unsolicited picture of another client’s check as an example for me to replicate without any thought to the fact that he shared personally identifiable information of his clients confidential information including full name, spouse name, mailing address, banking number, and routing number. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CHECK. They may forward it to other clients.
Further, for the final payment Mike consistently sent me the wrong number. I finally had to detail out what was paid vs. what was owed, and he seemingly didn’t know how to use his own invoicing software and accounting for payments made that do and do not incur a fee, and how that should impact both his top and bottom line.
The Kelbie team was very unorganized and did not communicate well in advance of the project. They showed up a day early to the project unannounced, and gave no recommendations of how to properly prepare (like clear out the attic).Kelbie Home Improvement, Inc.

being in business for 43 years, four generations going on five generations of Business I haven't seen a customer like this before they give me a one star review on ****** one star review on **** one Star review on the *** site and now I'm getting a one star review with the better business Bure. The only thing I can say is I'm sorry that you're disappointed with the job, sorry then I could not make you happy, but everything was done as agreed in the contract. The only reason why you are lighting me up all over you wanted me to give you a discount because we couldn't get it done in a two day period because you stopped production on the job and then we had rainy days was not able to work in the rain we had to stop and cover the roof i'm very sorry that you did not like any part of the job and that you have to go on everywhere social media and blast me. They are life savers. A storm cause a major leak in my ceiling causing water to come flooding in my 2nd floor hallway. With another storm coming we called Kelbie Roofing and the repair in 2 days. There are several companies listed as emergency roofers but on last Friday I only found 1 after calling 6 and that was Kelbie roofing. I called last Friday several numbers looking for an emergency roofer and I had no's and next week then 6 calls in I called Kelbie roofing company who said he be out first thing in the morning because it was still rainy at 1030pm Friday and he was 730am Saturday. He went on my roof did his inspection and later that afternoon I had 5 options to resolve the problem. He was professional and honest as well as understanding. Today he sent his crew out to temporary fix the problem until he could free up his schedule to come back and replace my roof. Because we had warning of a storm coming on Wednesday.. Now I know this man and his crew God sent I know because I have been trying to get this roof fixed for months last Friday my son called frantic because water was pouring in through the skyline and hallway. I just hadnt found the company that God knew I needed tomorrow when it rains we won't have to take a shower in the hallway Thank you Kelbie Roofing truly a emergency crewKelbie Home Improvement, Inc.
