      Hello,I was charged on at least four separate occasions from a company called lavishgadgetsforpetown *********** ******************* the dates are as follows:5/19/23 $7.84 5/25/23 $139.74 5/25/23 $134.74 6/20/23 $134.74 I NEVER ordered anything from this "company", never received anything from them as well. I asked Rosedale Federal to investigate. They claim that they did. However, Rosedale Federal is insisting that this valid charges. I don't know how they came to that conclusion. Try searching for lavishgadetsforpetown, there is no record of them. Try searching for Crew Focus ************, they appear to be a shell company with a short history based in *******. ******* has lax laws with regards to ***** companies; I believe there was sweeping federal laws went into effect just prior to the date Crew ******************* was established. Regardless, I NEVER ordered this merchandise, I NEVER received this merchandise. I don't want it and I don't need it. I never heard of this company prior to these fraudulent charges. I want details of where these orders were sent and to whom and how, i.e. tracking information for the deliveries.I have had an account at ***************************************** for nearly a decade. This infuriates me that they put so little resources and time into investigating this case. There is clearly a lack of professionalism in how this case has been handled. I worked in a financial institution for 20 years. This clearly is a pattern of fraud. ************** non-existent domain, initial small charge to validate the account, multiple charges on the same day but slightly different amounts as to not trigger alerts, etc. I am requesting a full chargeback refund. THESE ARE FRAUDULENT CHARGES.Thank you BBB for investigating.
